Good Location apartment

Location : Very nice!! Near to MRT station. Hospitality : Character of staff was really nice. Facilitation : Very old, and not clean,,, Ambient : Noisy due to thin wall.

Good serviced apartment

Good location, very good , bathroom conditions to be improved, they don’t have no smoking apartments so you might get an apartment with a very bad smell of smoke as it happened to me but the staff immediately gave me another apartment better smelling

Still one of the best places to stay in Jakarta. My room 406 had a horrible odour everyday , and I was put in the same room when I checked in again the following week. Need to find the source and fix it.

I originally only booked a 2 nights stay but I loved the apartment so much I extended 2 times and ended being there for one week. Everything about the apartment was brilliant , the size ,cleanliness , air conditioner was brilliant , had to turn it off at times because it was so cold. Two things that I really liked were the washing machine in the apartment and the extensive gym was great . Staff were brilliant , courteous , smiling and welcoming , I can’t say enough about it , so do yourself a favour and book an apartment for your holiday there you won’t regret it .I will definitely be back.

need improvement on check in and breakfast

check in time should be at 2pm, but we only can enter our room after 2 hours waiting. They just ask us waiting at the lounge. But is really not help full since we bring child and they need a nap. But over all the room is clean and the comfort. There is miss understand about the breakfast since i book 3 rooms and it should be minimum 6 pax. The breakfast is very simple and sending to our room

Faulty Aircon not repaired

The aircon in the lounge didn't work. Despite having the staff come to fix it 2 days consecutively, it still didn't work and was not cold. I was staying in a one-bedroom apartment, and I could hear the back door bell ringing every time there's a delivery to my neighbor. So I had to go and answer the door as I did not know whether it's for me or for the neighbor.

The go to response of this property is "we are fully booked". Whether you are asking for a high floor room or an additional 1 hour late checkout (after much argument they eventually relented to grant 30mins more but called to remind us of the clock!) The truth is it isnt full. You can still book their rooms on various platforms for the days you are there. I have stayed at various hotels and other Fraser properties (some for months) and this one stands out for being very unhelpful at accomodating even simple requests. The management should embark on other creative exercises for turning down requests than their favourite go to line. Apartment and facilities are otherwise suitable for purposes. But I am not coming back at all. Afterall, they are full!

24年8月15-19日家族4人で宿泊。とても綺麗でスタッフも感じいいです。デメリットはジャカルタの中央部（グランドアドネシア、モナス辺り）から、距離あること。でもグラブが安いのでジャカルタ内の移動は、全てグラブで問題なしです。いいとこは出たらすぐ地元飯屋台があったり、スーパーマーケットがあるので毎日行ってました。後ホテル内にビリヤード、卓球もあり、レストランも清潔感あって安くてよかったです。

大変気に入りました。

レジデンスらしく、部屋が広くリビングルームも快適でキッチンには大きめの冷凍冷蔵庫があり、洗濯機や書斎机もありました。単なるホテルでは無い素晴らしいところだと思います。従業員も礼儀正しく対応にも十分満足出来ました。次回も利用したくなるところです。

Always good

I have stayed at Fraser residence Sudirman many times and it’s always good. The location is away from the main road but convenient to go to GI mall or Senayan.

This is a high quality, clean centrally located accommodation with a larage swimming pool. There is only one rather limited dining option on site. There are some Warungs outside - Not hygienic enough for first world tummies. As with most of Jakarta, it is not a pleasant walk immediately outside around the property. Taxis and Grab Hire cars are your best bet to travel to and from the property.
