Quiet location but close enough to everything. Walking distance to Lumpini Park and many shopping options. 7-11 is a 2min walk. The breakfast was good and there was paid laundry on site. Very secure and clean place to stay. Would recommend.

Some good points on this residence: room are very clean, the residence is very well localised just accross Lumpini Park and 10 min walk from Sala Daeng BTS. Several restaurant options around and 7/11 at 3 min walk. Staff at the reception is very nice. Some improvements: room can be a bit outdated. As it is a residence, some amenities are missing (pool, fitness center…). No breakfast but you can buy a coupon for the restaurant attached to the residence. But it is too expensive for the offer (250 baht for 1 plate and 1 drink). Conclusion: a good residence, but average for the price if you are just looking for few nights. Better options exist in Bangkok with real hotel.

Didn’t rate the breakfast since I didn’t eat any but it’s a great place. Close to shopping areas and a wonder park, Lumphini Park. Also close to public transportation

Very good place for long term stay! Room smelled very slightly musty but was not a huge issue. Clean facilities and thorough housekeeping.

The staff was very attentive, room was clean and cleaned daily. I didn't like the breakfast but in hindsight, I realize I didn't get what I ordered. But the evening meals I ate at their restaurant was agreeable.

Great area at the heart of Bangkok. Close to MRT and BTS, shopping centers, embassies, malls, and parks. Room was spacious and clean. Staff (and I mean everyone) were excellent and helpful. They put great efforts to help us checked in early. Security uncle was so kind, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommends!

Everything was exactly as described. Older space but quite spacious. Storage was ample. A/C cooled perfectly. The room had everything one needs, including a wine opener. Beds were reasonable. Housekeeping was fantastic. We were on the 3rd floor. The view was blocked. Thats the only negative.

Clean hotel next to a construction site

The hotel was clean and on a good location of you want to be close to Lumphini park. There is some renovations going on at the hotel, which wasn't too noisy or a big problem. But there is one major problem with this hotel at the moment: there is a huge construction site next to the hotel and they make very loud noise approximately from 9 am to 6 pm. So you can sleep at night but at day time it is impossible to spend time in the room. This is obviously only a temporary problem that the hotel can't do much about.

Clean and Simple hotel

First day arrive to hotel , the staff are nice and helpful . For the room , the design is simple and clear . The poor thing is the shower which water pressure is not power enough and sometimes it's coming cold water and sudden with hot water .. difficult to control . And the wifi is not stable and usually disconnet. And the breakfast is poor ,not many choice and the taste is just acceptable ... Lucky that it has the early local food market just walk 2-3 minutes. And there's 7 elevan and noodles shops just around the corner.

Hotel.com sight misleading

We had booked for 2 adults & 2 children. The email confirmation received states that breakfast is free for all. However we were told that charges would apply for children. There is a major miscommunication between the hotels.com / Expedia & the hotel. Had spoken to the executive at hotel.com, he said send a mail. No revert since last 48 hrs. Very disappointing. Today came back after a day of sightseeing only to find no soap, towels in the room.

The Good: AC worked, blew cold most of the time. Room had a decent sized refrigerator with a little freezer section, two burner stove, mocrowave, electric water kettle, and dishes (2 plates, saucers, cups, glasses, wine glasses, forks, spoons, butter knife, and 1 cooking knife. Cutting board, wine / bottle opener. On the 2nd floor there is a wonderful restaurant called Pasta Ama. The Bad: The bed was like sleeping on a board, it was not soft at all, and the pillows were hard as well. The room and bathroom are both dimly lit, enough so that it was difficult for me to shave. The Ugly: The street traffic noise can be heard in the rooms, all hours of the day, and I was on the 5th of 8 floors. The curtains had a lot of little tears in them that let light flood in, almost like someone was throwing cats against the curtains and letting them slide down a little with their claws. In addition to your metal key which unlocks your room, you also need a key card to open the glass door keading from the elevator to the parking garage (main entrance/exit). The Reception desk is on the 2nd floor.

Lo único reprochable es que tuve que pagar 1000 bahts extra pues pretendíamos que durmiéramos 4 personas en una cama.

Es inconcebible que se piense que 4 personas podemos dormir razonablemente en una cama king size.

Hotel comodo

Muy buen otel para conocer la parte mas nueva de bangkok. La atencion muy buena, lo unico malo es que la pileta estaba en otro hotel.

Cómoda la habitación tipo suite por su amplitud, bastante limpio. Desayuno muy básico, ubicación bien pero mejor buscar algo en Silom o Chinatown, 20 mins andando a Silom para encontrar algo de marcha. Personal del hotel con ingles muy limitado no ayudan mucho al viajero.

Buen hotel para el precio que es. Pero yo me fui de luna de miel y no me encanto, no esta tan cerca de las atracciones principales pero Bangkok es barato. Si vaz de negocios es perfecto!
