We had a lovely stay at the Present! We will definitely be back again! Mark was onsite during our check in and he was super friendly and kind and gave us great suggestions for where to go for food in the city. The property was quiet and very clean and well kept. The only issue we ran into was the AC wasnā€™t working on our first night on the 4th floor but they let us stay in another unit the first night (206) it was super cute and cozy. Then we moved to unit 401 for the remainder of the trip which was a gorgeous unit! Thereā€™s no elevator but I really didnā€™t mind the stairs it wasnā€™t bad in my opinion. This is in a great area right next to a cute square. It was about a 15 min walk to the main strip but I liked that it didnā€™t feel like an overly touristy area to stay. They offered bikes to rent as well which is a nice touch. Coffee nespresso machines were in both of our rooms and I spent the mornings on the lovely porch in a swinging chair. 10/10 would recommend to anyone interested for a cute, cozy, comfortable stay in Savannah!

We arrived, and there was no one on staff to let us into our room. We had not been provided with the code before hand. Even worse, our room was uninhabitable due to an air conditioner breakage that no one notified us about so it was 98 degrees. Then we never got a refund for our stay! This place owes iis 2 nights. Halls smell lime mold.

What an incredibly adorable place and room. It was comfy, cozy and wonderful. Great bed and shower! My husband and I enjoyed this place immensely! You can walk around to everything and the trees, homes and places are fantastic and fabulous.

Thereā€™s not really an in-person check-in, so have your phone ready. When we showed up our roomā€™s AC unit was broken, so we called and were able to get switched over to another room right away. The service was excellent! Each room is unique and fun in its own way. We liked it.

Beautiful unit. One of the windows in the living area is cracked and taped over. Otherwise the features that show the age of the building also add to the historic charm. Easy communication with staff via phone. We were unable to stay in the room we reserved because of repair to the HVAC system, and a representative called me directly several days prior to our stay and helped me choose another unit. She was very accommodating. Building and unit were musty, but turning on the AC removed the smell in the unit. I liked being able to control the temperature. Our family would definitely stay here again. Street parking was readily available out front, but metered parking was inconvenient. We received a parking ticket, completely forgetting that metered parking starts at 8 a.m.

The room was spacious and beautiful. The bathroom was amazing, complete with a huge walk-in shower with two shower heads. I loved the outside sitting area/patio. It was perfect for a nightcap or morning coffee.

The interior design of the room was beautiful! The bathroom was very spacious and there were plenty of linens for our stay. I would ask for a larger trash (in coffee area) that can be used for bigger items other than toiletry products.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Would recommend it highly to anyone coming to Savannah. Location is great about a 7 minute walk to River Street. The room was modernized, rustic clean bathroom beds were comfortable. Iā€™m very spacious at a California king. Will definitely stay here again or sure.

Location, comfort, price, can't beat it.

The room was beautiful and the big windows for natural light was so nice. I felt at home here and would definitely like to come back. Quiet neighborhood, felt so comfortable here, everything was walking distance. Made our trip even better.

The hotel was beautiful for beingā€™s built in the 1800ā€™s. I had a King suite with clawfoot tub. It is conveniently located near everything with in a 10 minute walk.

Good location in downtown historic area. Room was beautiful but be warned that there is no bathroom if you are coming with a friend to share this room and this room was on the 4th floor and there is no elevator so if you are traveling with big suitcases, be warned. It was quiet but there is no human and everything is done through message (text, email) so if you need something right away, you need to wait for the response. This does not give you the amenties or service that hotels would provide but the price justifies that. This is a great value.
