We had a blast! But what made it even better was Dennis, one of the security guards. We were a hot mess when we arrived and didnā€™t know a thing about what to do or where to go. Dennis was the first person to jump in and help us out. Always greeted us with a big smile and always took time to talk to us to make sure we were pleased with our stay! Dennis is fantastic and deserves every type of promotion or raise!!!

There werenā€™t enough elevators for this property. We were on the 11th floor, and we had to take the stairs the majority of our trip. Apparently, this property is where all the high school and college partiers are dropped off to hang out and party. The room we stayed in needs to be renovated and needs new beds.

Room was great. Pool is awesome. Beach spot is very nice. Biggest complaint is the parking and elevator situation. Parking is a nightmare. No communications and mass confusion. Elevator situation was a nightmare. Long waits (20+ minutes) with over crowded elevators.

The overall property was very pretty. There is a few issues on cleanliness that need addressed that I will not post on here. The king bed in one of our rooms is broken and I had to sleep on the couch because you will roll off to the floor. Iā€™m pretty sure itā€™s the box springs that are broken. Overall it was a nice trip but will stay somewhere else next year.

Its ok

Condo was a good size for family, although bathrooms were very small. Mattresses were uncomfortable. Condo unit itself was clean, but the outside felt a little rundown and dirty. The parking deck is a nightmare to navigate, and the elevators were long waits everyday. Not a bad stay, but the parking deck and elavators will probably be the deal breaker for me.

It is the smallest condo (all that end in 10), the bunk beds are right by the main entrance, it wasnā€™t clean. The kitchen is so small there is one drawer and barely any cabinet space. The dryer is so noisy you have to run it when you are not in. The elevators is a nightmare!! Sometimes after waiting for 20 minutes we went up the stairs 12 floors. Our parking space was on the 12th floor of the parking lot and it took forever to get in out.

I had the worst experience with this condo ever in my life. We didnā€™t get to get into the condo until 6 PM or after and one of the bedrooms smell like feet. Also, the shower curtain was disgusting from the master bedroom.

The AC did not properly work. I set it to 68 and it never moved from 75. An HVAC came t the apartment but it was never fixed. Other than that, things were great.

I had problem with the bed and I sent messages and never responded back to me, the property was expensive so you expect good quality stuff but the bed is bad condition, I canā€™t sleep properly due this issue, honestly I would not like to give bad reviews but in this case I did

This property is the worst choice I have ever done First of all, itā€™s really old and filthy. They have no room services and I believe itā€™s owned by individuals so every condo is owned by somebody different. So when you have a problem, you cannot speak with anybody the elevators and the parking is a nightmare. I actually had to park a mile away from the property because it was no available parking for me like I was promised, and I had to pay for parking. And when you call the management or the condo, they will not do anything. Of course the security in the hotel is so rude and stupid. Basically that was my worst experience ever.

Overall not worth what we spent. When we came a/c was not working spent several hours in a humid hot room and no one in the resort can help. Had to call the property manager so we can fix it ourselves with phone instructions. Terrible communication and service at the resort thereā€™s no one that can provide or help with anything. Just general workers like security and lobby lady who knows nothing about anything. Expect to depend on yourself and your email for instructions and stay as soon as you get there. Room was also dirty. You have to walk around with green paper wristbands the whole time to have access to come back in. Itā€™s a stupid paper wristband and if you lose it on the beach easily they wonā€™t let you come back in. Even if you show your reservation. Beach and pools were nice. But never again at this ā€œcondoā€.

Disappointing! Never again!

Horrible experience and customer service. Loud, NOT family oriented, we couldnā€™t sleep for nonstop partying and loud music. The parking garage was a nightmare to get through. Not to mention, I had the worst experience of customer service that Iā€™ve ever had. Two weeks prior to our vacation I was diagnosed with epilepsy and the flickering elevator lights triggered my seizures. The elevators was constantly messing up and if they did work, it was an extremely long wait which was difficult especially with small kids. Walking up 17 floors was extremely difficult, especially when carrying things. Upon initial entry into our room it smelled like sewage, which I did complain about. The next day someone come with air fresheners. For the cost of our stay, which was outrageous, Iā€™m frustrated at how unsatisfied we all are. Overall very disappointed, and we will NEVER stay here again!

To begin our check in time stated 4pm but after getting there around 3 like most places if room is ready are allowed to check in early. We were told not ready until almost 7 pm! Get there and was on 21st floor and no carts were available even though we saw three in a corner chained up. I asked and guy stated they were not allowed to use only three. Prime time of the year! So my daughters toted majority up ourselves. Got to room that evening after searching and searching for my parking number and decided to just park in one at top. My daughters vehicle had the same number as another vehicle on her car hanging so she too had to find a random place to park. That evening around 12:30 pm we get a banging on door woke up and a man standing there! We had to move one of our vehicles even though I had paid extra for her to park! No one is at reception desk so forget any help there! Then people are allowed to place towels on chairs which causes you to find zero while they are no where to be found! Then elevator issues was HORRIBLE!!!! We had two excursions planned for the week and was almost late due to 45 minute wait on an elevator!! The condo was using the second set of elevators for transporting old equipment up and down! My question to this is why in the world would you do this during the busiest time of the year! Last day there went to my car on floor 5 parking and my car along with others were keyed! Yes keyed down the right side deep! Looked for security and two were hanging out
