Our stay was great! Its student housing that is temporarily converted to accommodate those traveling to Dublin over the summer so don't expect hotel service. My gf and I were only staying there one night before hopping on the rail station that was a short walk away (very convenient).

Based in a really quiet neighbourhood close to the tram and railway station both a short walk away this is a lovely place to stay in Dublin. Convenient to major attractions such as Guinness Townhouse and Jamesons Distillery it is walkable to most attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Immaculate room and well maintained. Recommended.

The room was very hot and they had no spare fans so beware if you go on a hot night. Other than that everything else was great and the staff were very helpful

We liked that we had the train station very close and also walking you can quickly reach different places, very central. The bed was very comfortable and the truth is that we were very comfortable. Recommendable!

It was great. Very secure. Super convenient to Heuston Station, the Luas, and Phoenix Park, but in a pretty quiet neighborhood. Very secure as well.

The location was great and the staff very friendly. The room was tiny and very hot unable to control temperature. There was a communal kitchen with complimentary tea and coffee but no cups or spoons or coffee but the station is nearby with lovely cafes. It is student accommodation and was handy for us for a few days.

This property was excellent to stay at. The rooms were clean with plenty of space to sit your stuff down on and even unpack if you were there for a few days. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were very flat, so this could be improved on. The area felt extremely safe and even had multiple scans to go from building to building. It was within a 5 minute walk to two of the hop on and hop off bus tours pickup and closely located to pubs and a small convenience store to get food and drinks. It was also a 8 minute walk from the Dublin Express that gets you to and from the airport.

The room is ok, cleanliness could be better in communal areas. There is a kitchen in each apartment as advertised but your not allowed to use it, an email was sent out to tell people not to use the kitchens as they don’t advertise them although they do.
