A little outside of town, but in the end, not bad. Easy to drive to and easy to walk to Ghent central. The room was fine, but the main area hallways, looked like they could be vacuumed a bit more frequently. The lobby area and communal hangout areas, nice and easy going.

The location is great and very easy to access to the train station. They allowed us to have early check in in joining as member. They have table tennis that we have a chance to play a little while with so much fun. We didnt have time to enjoy the gym. The room has a lot of space to put our stuff especially in the toilet sick which is long enough to place me cosmetic bag. They offered online check out and just left the keys at the reception. The bed is comfortable and we are satisfied of our stay.

The Hotel is ideally located to Ghent center and is easily accessible by rail and road. My visit was for business to which the hotel catered for well and again was ideally located for the industrial area to the north of Ghent. An easy 20 minutes drive from the hotel.

Well located. It's an easy walk from the centre but has the benefit of the Dampoort train station nearby. Hotel was clean, staff were excellent and facilities great, eg they have a fitness room and a bar and restaurant.

Modern, clean, and great location. Beds are OK but could be higher quality. Nice kitchenette in rooms and friendly staff. Great lobby bar and pizzeria. Good price but high on Saturdays.

Definitely recommended choice if you visit Gent, the bread and cakes in the breakfast are all fresh made, the bed are the best I had so far. One night we had someone banging on our door at 3am, the staff took our call and came up to check immediately and took care of it. Oh, and the self-laundry machine is very useful that you could change the language to understand what options you have.

Perfect place to stay in Ghent

I visited Ghent for the Gentse Feesten (Ghent Festival) this summer. At first, I was disappointed that this hotel is located a little far from the main stages, as I hoped. However, after staying here, I can say that I was lucky to book my room in Adagio Access, because in was so so QUIET at night! I forgot about all the loud music of the Festival:-) So, as for location: it is just 5 minute walk from Gent Dampoort railway station, 15-20 minute walk from city centre. I didn't get the breakfast, but my friend did and said it was really good! The room was SPARKLING clean! AC worked perfectly. Great soundproof, nice bad, excellent shower - well, I loved everything about my stay! I hope you will enjoy visiting Ghent as much as I did.

Nice hotel, wouldn’t return.

This hotel is modern, it is split with Ibis Budget and that’s pretty much what it is. It’s comfortable enough, our room was clean but my other friends wasn’t (substantial about of hair in drain that was blocked). The thing you need to know is that the hotel is located in what can only be described as a developing area. The surrounding area is really ugly and basically looks like a building site / industrial estate.

The breakfast and reception service are excellent, and the location is the greatest advantage. I previously stayed at the Adagio hotel in Germany, where the cleanliness was much better. Unfortunately, the room assigned this time was dusty, with a dirty microwave oven and greasy dishes. The approach of offering lower prices and cleaning the apartment only every 8 days seems deceptive, especially considering that we don't want to pay extra for the cleaning, as it will likely not be well done.

Booked thru Expedia for a family room with three beds. When I arrived, they told me I have two rooms with two double beds only. That was not what I reserved, because my teenagers cannot share a bed. They told me the transaction did not go through the first time, so they made it a two rooms to upgrade us. I told them I don’t need an upgrade, I needed a room with 3 beds. I also asked when they found out the room I booked became unavailable, they should have contacted me instead of making this arrangement. And they offered either I took the 2 double rooms or they refund me and leave. Where should I stay if I leave? That was not the solution. I asked them if they have rollaway bed. They told me they don’t. After another 15 minutes pass by that I struggled to figure out what should I do. Another agent walked up and said they have rollaway bed. Nice. Of course I need to work with my teens so the one sleeping in the rollaway bed won’t feel like we are unfair. During the stay, staff are very nice and helpful. Train station Dampoort isn’t a main station therefore will need to transfer train if heading to Bruges or Brussels. Seems like not a big deal but if missed a train, it means another 30 minutes wait. Breakfast is minimal with bread, pound cake, juices, coffee, scrambled eggs, bacon, beans, sausages, cheese, ham. But after a few days. I got tired of it. The rooms were cleaned when we got it the first day. But then I spotted some black dot like sesame seed size.

Leuke lobby waar je iets kan eten/drinken alsook tafeltennis spelen. Leuke sfeer. Ontbijt basic maar voor deze prijs zeker oké!! Leuk gezellig binnenterras. Ruime kamers, frigo aanwezig. Vriendelijk personeel. Vlakbij station Gent-Dampoort. Als we in Gent moeten zijn komen we zeker terug!!
