Excellent modern accommodation with old charm. Very spacious, modern amenities and nicely decorated. Though carrying the bags up the stairs was a pain.

The owners/staff were helpful and reachable at all times. Communication is key to a smooth enjoyable stay. The location was perfect for us. The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed the 10 minute walk to city center. I highly recommend Casa del Sarto.

The check-in to the hotel was about 10-15 minutes away walking. Check in was smooth. Walked about 5 more minutes to the apartment. There was no attendant at the apartment building but there was a lot of security in the building. Felt very safe.

Very clean and nice place for my family and I. Had a very comfortable stay, and the breakfast was a nice bonus! Good dining options nearby! One problem was we had to transport the crib by ourselves to the property which was difficult as it wasn't foldable and wouldn't fit in the elevator - so we had to carry it up the stairs. Another thing was laundry - I had booked this place considering there was a washer, however the washer was broken and couldn't be used, with no alternative arrangement possible by the host.

Fantastic central location to many sites within easy walking distance making driving unnecessary. The apartment is clean, large and absolutely gorgeous.

We checked in at the hotel down the street. It’s not a long walk but it is something to note. There was someone who was able to help us with our bags when we checked in but not out. There is a passcode for the front door. There is then an elevator up. After that there is another small door which has a passcode. from there you grab your key. Then finally you can open the door to the apartment. The apartment had kind of a mold smell to it. The building is deff quite old but the apartment has newer features. The host did not turn on the AC ahead of time and the apartment was 28 degrees upon arrival. There is one remote for both ACs. After having the AC on for a while the room only went down to 24 degrees. The bathroom was nice and clean, the room is also clean, extra linens and pillows were provided in the closet. The washer is a washer/dryer split so that is convenient. Although it was not a bad stay, I can’t say I’d stay here again.

The lady at the hotel that assigned our keys was plain rude.. does not explain where the actual room is since you have to walk to the hotel , uncomfortable pillows. Space is pretty big

The room was new, like a museum, very pretty, clean, spacious with living room and kitchen. The cleaner came exactly at 10am. Courteous. We were confused at the beginning when we arrived. Apparently we have to go to another hotel for check-in so make sure to check that before arriving. It's a lot of walk. Also, the location is 15-20min away from the main attraction. Beautiful space.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Was completely unresponsive no idea how to check in. Spent three hours calling Expedia trying to figure out how to check in for someone to answer the phone and tell us to go to a different hotel. They were missing keys and luckily there was a spare one completely different composite The entire apartment smelled like smoke and we complained about it and no one did anything completely ghosted us Expedia tried to call them and gohsted Expedia as well. The apartment looked completely different in pictures. Missing a lot of furniture and decor. The electricity did not work properly would highly recommend staying far away from these people, even if they fix the apartment and management was completely neglectful and I highly recommend staying far away from this place. The worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel for Apartment.

Worst experience ever st Casa del Sarto. The property is so dirty at the main entrance, garbage is kept on the stairs while the building has a serius cockroach infestation and mosquitos. The apartment has a lot of damps on the walls and roof, leaving yellow stains. My 5 year old kid and wife, left the apartment with cough due to such unhealthy environment. Expedia did nothing but apologies, saying that the owner was not open to talk. Took pictures and videos however it seems that at the end nobody cared.

I do not recommend

The location is decent, and I would consider staying in this area again, but this particular property was a disappointment. It’s listed on other platforms as well, and while I was aware there was no front desk, we followed the self-check-in instructions and got in without issue. However, upon arrival, Florence was experiencing a heatwave (39°C), and the air conditioning wasn’t working. The only contact number provided led to someone unrelated to the property, and when we called again, the person was upset and unhelpful. We spent the whole afternoon trying to reach someone for help, which unfortunately impacted our short stay in Florence. I contacted Hotels.com, and while they tried to assist by calling the owner, they were unsuccessful in getting a response. We had to stay without AC during extreme heat, which made the stay very uncomfortable. It was too late to book another option. The room was clean and looked nice, but the lack of support and communication significantly affected our experience. I wouldn’t stay here again.

La ubicación es mala, tienes que pasar por una zona bastante fea que en cualquier momento podría ser peligrosa, el departamento está bien pero no cuenta con elevador y subir maletas es complicado
