Ramada Inn Columbus MS is now closed

Absolutely excellent. We had the entire third floor to ourselves. Another chap had the fourth floor. Absolutely first class. Would not recommend it. It is closed.

seems a SEC football team was staying the night prior to the game on Sat.. couldn't check in at 3pm as advertised , hotel could have informed us prior via email or text, no major issue room was available after the game...

Had a single bed room. Only place by my bed to charge phone was behind bed. Had to move mattress to plug in charger. Behind bed was kinda dirty. That was the reason I didn't give it a 4.

Bulldogs win!

We were attending a football game at Univ of MS. We arrived early but couldn't check in as the rooms weren't ready. We confirmed our reservation was in their system and were advised to check in after the game ended, which we did. It worked out as planned. The place was nicer than expected based on the low price of the room. It was located at an exit and it was convenient to drive to the campus.

Very Happy!

When walking into the hotel you can tell this is an older hotel, but that does NOT take away from the quality! This is a VERY CLEAN and COMFORTABLE hotel! Everything is extremely well kept, and the service is exceptional! We stayed here for a Mississippi State home football game, and went ahead and booked every home game for the entire season. I'm a Hilton Honors member and stayed at the new Hampton Inn in Columbus last year, and quite honestly it is not as nice, comfortable or reasonable as this one.

terrible hotel. Had to change room twice. This at one time may have been nice but is now becoming decrepit from lack of maintenance.

I will not stay here again. I was bitten on both hands by some unknown creature while sleep. Both hands were swollen for 5 days, and these were not mosquito bite.

Great place to stay and very reasonable rates.

Seems to be older hotel but well maintained. All the staff from front desk to maid services were extremely friendly and very accommodating. All persons encountered greeted me at every crossing. I enjoyed my stay.

Witnessed theft taking place in the parking lot so we opted to not stay and found other accommodations.

In town for college graduation

I guess this hotel was okay for the price considering everything else in town was booked due to college graduation weekend. However cleanliness was an issue. The carpet in the room was sticky feeling to your bare feet, and I counted 6-7 hairs stuck to the shower walls upon getting in the shower for the first time.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, but the bathroom in our room was dirty. Carpet was coming up in the room as well. Lobby was very nice.

Room needed to be updated. No power plug on night table for medical equipment. View from window was over the registration desk and we looked at dirty plywood. Will not stay here again.
