La propiedad puede mejorar en muchas maneras… No teníamos la clave del wifi y contactamos al propietario en diversas ocasiones pero nunca tuvimos respuesta… así que no tuvimos acceso al wifi No dejan artículos para baño (como jabón de cuerpo o shampoo), por lo que tuvimos que salir a comprar La cama hacía muchísimo ruido cada vez que nos movíamos. No nos dejaron alguna agua para tomar al llegar del aeropuerto… No fue la mejor experiencia para una estancia y más si era prolongada… no lo recomendaría

Very happy with our stay and would come back! The contactless check in was very easy and convenient. The property sends emails at each stage of the stay with detailed information of how to check in and out and made it really easy. The area is super close to everything you need and you can walk to most things. There was a washing machine in the room which was super convenient. There were so many restaurants in walking distance and the best little cafe Vervet Bakeri across the street with the best sandwiches and baked goods. The only thing I found odd was that the bedroom window was to the hallway, a little strange but once the curtains are closed it’s not an issue. Very spacious room with everything you need. Very happy with our stay!

Das Apartment war wie neu und komplett eingerichtet. Die Größe des Apartments betrug ca. 80m2. Die Anzeige bei Expedia sollte jedoch überarbeitet werden. Das Grand Apartment hat ein Badezimmer und nicht zwei und auch keinen Kamin wie angegeben. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Fenster zum Flur und das Bett ist nur 1,20m breit, was selbst für zwei Kinder sehr schmal ist. Auch gibt es in dem zweiten Schlafzimmer keine Ablagen. Die Lage ist absolut top, keine 10 Minuten zur Fußgängerzone. Wichtiger Tipp für Mietwagen-Fahrer: Unbedingt den Parkplatz mit buchen. Die Parkgebühren sind ansonsten sehr hoch und überall fällig. Auch sollte man einmal auf die Dachterrasse gehen. Der Ausblick lohnt sich vor allem abends.

Lovely modern apartment in the now developed old dockyard area which has some great bars, restaurants and bakery all within the site . I loved that the area had retained some of its historic features and the polar museum was just a few minute away . Quieter location near the bridge and opposite Atlantic catherdral but also easy access to everything Walking about 10-15 mins to Tromso centre / bus station and a lovely walk along harbour front or alternatively 5 mins to end of the main shopping area. Flat was spacious and well presented . Bedroom is small but functional ( I found it strange the window looks out into the internal corridor and through more external glass but no issues you have curtains ! ) Lovely hot shower and great views out across to the cable car and town ( no view of artic cathedral from our apartment ) My only issue would be around storage for clothes Would have loved some drawers in the big hall as there was nowhere to keep case or unpack and store in the bedroom and there’s certainly space in the hallway for a chest of drawers . Appreciated that left luggage was available on check out day . Would definitely stay here again .

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft war total modern, sauber und wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Balkon und das Wohnzimmer hatten einen Blick auf den Fjellheisen, was sehr schön war! Gewöhnungsbedürftig war der Ort für das Schlafzimmer, da hatten wir ein Fenster Richtung Hausflur. Dafür gab es aber einen Vorhang, der aber auch noch ein wenig breiter hätte sein können, damit wirklich ein dunkler Raum entstehen kann. Ansonsten können wir die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, die Küche war top und alles wichtige war vorhanden. Auch eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln war vorhanden. Einzig ein Toaster oder eine Mikrowelle wären ggf. noch eine nützliche Ergänzung.

This property was perfect for our visit to Tromsø Norway. Communication with this property was excellent! It was extremely clean apartment and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice having a washer and everything dried perfectly by morning, even though there wasn’t a dryer. I would definitely stay at this property again! Thank you very much.

We got a full-size, tastefully furnished 2 bedroom apartment. It was in great condition and clean. It was nice to come back at the end of the day and have a spacious living room for relaxing and a dining room. Kitchen was very convenient for staying in for breakfast and having quick meals. It had serveware, knives, pots and pans and some cleaning supplies. Much better than a hotel room. Vervet is a new development so there was construction outside the buildings and it was a bit of a walk to the center of town where most of the restaurants are and where tours pickup and dropoff. My only complaint was that the curtains for ALL the windows weren't wide enough to cover the windows. The drapes on the glass patio doors weren't wide enough to cover the doors either. A privacy problem - especially on the ground floor.

L’appartamento è molto comodo e funzionale e si trova in una zona centrale e nuova. Con 10 minuti a piedi si raggiungono i diversi posti di interesse e i punti di prelievo dei vari tour. Consigliato!

Hotel was new and modern and was right next to the water! Bus stop was right down the street and a short walk from the downtown area and many restaurants and docks. Living room was nice and big and had a nice balcony for viewing sunsets. The bedroom has a window viewing into the hallway and while there were curtains, the motion activated lights were somewhat distracting as people walked by at night. The bed was very uncomfortable and squeaked and creaked with every small movement. Very easy check in and out and luggage storage.

전반적으로 만족했다 그런데 4명예약하고 2명침구세팅을 안해줘서 첫날 투어하고 늦게 들어온후에 첫날 잠을 제대로 자지못했다 ㅜ 그리고 쇼파에 머리카락 있었음 쇼파는 청소 관리를 제대로 안하는듯 그 외는 깨끗하고 다 좋았음

The location is good, but the managing company was terrible. Check in was from 3pm, but ourselves & 2 other guests were left waiting by the key boxes for 20 minutes (in the rain & cold).After lots of phone calls saying they were on their way, we eventually got our keys, but the person wasn’t very helpful in directing us where to go. Its a fairly big complex. Apartment had a better than expected view, but lacked privacy. It was ground floor with lots of people walking by. One window without curtains, one which didn’t fit & was hanging off (think the track was broken). The bedroom had some light voiles, but considering there were 3 big security lights nearby these were inappropriate for cutting out the light. When contacting the admin to see if something could be done, they first said they would send someone the first night or following day, then they said they couldn’t deal with things at short notice & it wasn’t their responsibility. After about 3 days someone showed up & put some curtains in the bedroom, which almost blocked the light and fitted one curtain over the exposed window, which wasn’t wide enough to cover the whole window but a significant improvement. The managing company were unprofessional and I am surprised that more people haven’t complained.
