Very happy with our stay and would come back! The contactless check in was very easy and convenient. The property sends emails at each stage of the stay with detailed information of how to check in and out and made it really easy. The area is super close to everything you need and you can walk to most things. There was a washing machine in the room which was super convenient. There were so many restaurants in walking distance and the best little cafe Vervet Bakeri across the street with the best sandwiches and baked goods. The only thing I found odd was that the bedroom window was to the hallway, a little strange but once the curtains are closed itā€™s not an issue. Very spacious room with everything you need. Very happy with our stay!

Everything was fine other than trying to understand the recycling regime. Hopefully I got it right. There was a broken glass in the dishwasher, probably caused by previous occupants following instructions (run the dishwasher before leaving) but the large wine glass must have moved. Very minor issue, and overall I would happily recommend.

This property was perfect for our visit to TromsĆø Norway. Communication with this property was excellent! It was extremely clean apartment and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice having a washer and everything dried perfectly by morning, even though there wasnā€™t a dryer. I would definitely stay at this property again! Thank you very much.

I recommend it

Modern, well located, with all the needed amenities. The bed was too soft for me and no extra pillows a part from that all good, The bus stop is very close and the we found a very helpful man at the reception that helped us with out suitcases as we had 2 reservations with them with a night gap

Best view in TromsĆø!!! Area was super safe, near to everything. Building was great, apartment was amazing -we wanted to stay living there- modern, new, comfortable, good bed, great hot shower. Again, we got the most gorgeous view possible. We recommend the apartment and would stay there again.

Fantastic flat in a great location. Detailed information provided for check in and how to find the flat which enabled a quick and easy arrival. The flat was far bigger than anticipated which was great. Everything as described and all we needed for a great stay. The location really is perfect to be able to walk everywhere and with lovely views over the harbour. Would absolutely stay again.

Very convenient location to the main area of Tromso. There was some construction near by but never heard any noise. It was nice having a kitchen, however batteries needed to be replaced on something with the stovetop so it didnā€™t work the first night which was frustrating. Would still stay here again!

Spacious modern apartment! Excellent stay!

The apartment was basically brand new and so spacious. Clear instructions were given. Much better than staying in a small hotel room. Felt like we were living there. Would stay again. Short walk to town and easy access to walk over the bridge to the Arctic Cathedral. Make sure to go to Vervet Bakery for the best coffee and pastries.

The stay in this hotel was pretty much satisfactory. The only point I suggest improvement is the instruction about finding the right building. There were many Total Apartments building in that area, and took me about 10 minutes to find the right building I booked. There were also many people wondering to find their hotel building.

Northern lights

The checkin was very efficient and instructions to the apartment good. The apt was very warm and comfortable. Kitchen utensils were a bit Spartan. In order to recycle we probably needed better instructions as to the whereabouts of the bins and having plastic bags matching the instructions

Hotel was new and modern and was right next to the water! Bus stop was right down the street and a short walk from the downtown area and many restaurants and docks. Living room was nice and big and had a nice balcony for viewing sunsets. The bedroom has a window viewing into the hallway and while there were curtains, the motion activated lights were somewhat distracting as people walked by at night. The bed was very uncomfortable and squeaked and creaked with every small movement. Very easy check in and out and luggage storage.

Just enjoyed lovely stay in these beautiful apartments in stunning Tromso. Location was perfect just few minutes walk to centre, bars, restaurants & supermarket. View from balcony was stunning & everything looked new & very clean. Under floor heating in bathroom was a plus. Only negatives was bedroom really small & WiFi poor. Good communication with hosts & self check in & finding property really easy. Would happily stay here again and recommend.
