The front desk/lobby is closed in the evening and overnight, so good luck if you have any issues. If they have an 800 number, I couldn’t find it. Even when the front desk was open, the phone would ring until it went to a voicemail that wasn’t set up. I had a really hard time reaching anyone there. There was no information in the room and the Wi-Fi would not connect. When I finally spoke to someone at the front desk, she said they had been having problems and to keep trying. It never connected. I was on call for my job and would have never stayed somewhere without Wi-Fi. They really need to let people know before booking. The sofa bed was disgusting. I pulled the cushions off and it was covered in dog hair. I pulled it out anyway, and the mattress cover was stained and had crumbs all over it. There was also some food or something left behind the sofa. The bathtub looked dirty and either had stains or just wasn’t clean. The TV didn’t work in the front room area, but we finally realized the box behind the TV was unplugged. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and not having a reliable way to contact anyone. I did send a message via Expedia, since the front desk closed, but I guess it went into the abyss, because no one ever responded. On a positive note, it was very quiet and it was nice having a kitchen. Just lower your expectations and don’t count on the WiFi and it’ll be ok.
