Great Location and Great Hosts

I think this was the third time at this property and it continues to meet our needs. The owners are super responsive and continue to make little improvements every trip.

Welcoming and close to downtown

We had a wonderful stay and definitely will consider booking this condo again if a trip for Palm Springs pops up in the future.

Even Better Than Last Time

This was our second stay in this condo and our hosts were as gracious as the first visit and they had made several improvements to the unit. We were so pleased with our experience that we have already booked-up a 2025 reservation in this condo.

Well maintained condo

Well-maintaind condo: Enjoyed our stay here in Jan/Feb, 2018. The condo is in a gated area, which gives one a feeling of security. The unit has fast/reliable Wi/Fi and a variety of Spectrum cable channels. We enjoyed our morning swims in the heated pool and our late afternoon walks in the area. The unit has a full kitchen, the bathroom a wonderful shower and the bedrooms have comfy beds. We would consider re-booking this condo in the future.

Gracious Hosts

Jim and Sam greeted us at the gate of the property and directed us to our designated parking space, pointed out features of the condo complex, and then walked through the condo pointing out safety and comfort features. The unit was well-appointed and homey. We have already reserved time in the unit for next winter. The location is terrific. We never used our car to go to dinner. The evening walks were beautiful. Can't wait!

We stayed two months, location was fantastic and the view from the balcony was breathtaking.

We love this home as much as you will. We spend most of our non-rented times here. We limit our rental time so we can use it, typically renting to no more than two groups a year. We have furnished our condo to be comfortable and have all of the amenities we wanted so sure you will find every accommodation here.

Our other house is in Los Angeles. As we age, we are finding the Palm Springs life is much simpler for us but without sacrificing the many things LA has to offer.

My occupation is electronics engineering software sales, basically CAD software for an electrical engineer that is designing high end electronics. My title is Member of the Technical Staff, which is a senior application engineer. I have been working at this company since 1993.

I had several friends move in to the Palm Springs area and really fell in love with the city. One of the most important criteria for me was to be walking distance to the fabulous downtown Palm Springs. When I saw this community (Villa Caballeros) and this condo, I looked no further. It is really a beautiful property, with great recreational facilities, and close to so many things. The property is VERY well maintained, immaculate.
