Nice property, great location, but super musty inside

For Atlanta, this is a decent rental. They keep it up nice. Communication was great and timely. The only drawback was that the house really smells like must. We had to rewash all of our clothes upon returning home, all jackets and even the suitcases had to be put on the patio to air out.... We were only there 4 nights and only at night, so it was bearable, however our family at Thanksgiving was like, why do you all smell so bad? The owners need to get in there and figure out what is causing that smell.

Loved it and didn’t want to leave.

We really enjoyed the property, it felt very comfortable. Getting in touch with Roberta and Christian was easy and they responded quickly. Check in was a breeze. Beautiful home and would definitely stay there again. Wish the weather was better so we could’ve used the fire pit. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Spacious and comfortable accommodations

We traveled to Atlanta with our adult children, spouses and mother-in-law. I wanted a big enough place for us all to have our own rooms plus nice common areas. This house checked off ask the boxes. Roberta was very accommodating with check-in since we all arrived at different times. The property was beautiful, clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had all the basics and there was even a screened in patio. It was a short stay for a family wedding but we are already thinking of coming back for a week when we can enjoy Atlanta and this VRBO for longer. Thanks Roberta for sharing your place with us.

Perfect Farmhouse for Family Getaway

Our extended family stayed here March 2019 for spring break, and it was perfectly configured for our group! Beautifully refurbished in 'Chip and Joanna Gaines Farmhouse' style with spacious open floorplan. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes, appliances and even some pantry items (e.g., coffee, cooking oil, spices) for simple meal preparation. Family room features comfortable seating, Apple TV, and a few games for downtime, when you are not out and about in the city. The two upstairs master bedrooms both have king beds and massive bathrooms; each also has a daybed with trundle, which was great because we had young ones in our group who could room en suite with parents. Two downstairs queen bedrooms were bright and cheerful with shared bath. Sofa in front sitting room converted to a comfortable queen bed as well. Top of the line laundry machines with detergent and dryer sheets available, so we were able to run a load of wash during week of our stay. Overall, everything is very, very clean and thoughtfully designed for guests -- and the owners could not have been more responsive or nicer!

Loved this home and the owner!

This modern farmhouse was fully equipped, very clean, and beautifully decorated. All of the features of the interior were quite nice especially the wood floors. The location was perfect as it is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but only about a 10-15 drive to downtown. Roberta was responsive, very accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend staying at this home. I hope to do it again one day!

Modern and Clean

We stayed the weekend at this house for a quick Atlanta trip. It was a very new and clean home. The beds were all comfortable and everything we needed was found in the kitchen. The owner stays on the property in another building in the backyard, but left us alone so it wasn't weird. We enjoyed hanging out on the screen porch each night.

Excellent stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations. Convenient to downtown, quiet neighborhood, very comfortable furnishings. We hope to stay at this house again in the future.

Gorgeous property, while super spacious!

Great couple and super polite! They were great at communicating and offered my family a house tour. Even after not clearly reading her policy, I had a graduation celebration/dinner at the house & Roberta was still polite and respectful, which she didn’t have to be since I clearly didn’t read the rule correctly! But that’s even more why I would recommend this place to anyone! They are definitely professional, polite, and experienced with renting out their property! I would recommend this place to any and everyone!!

The House is amazing!

The house was perfect and centrally located for most everything we did while in Atlanta. The owners stayed in the carriage house behind the main home, so were available. There were some minor inconveniences, listed below: No TV instructions - None of us had ever used an Apple TV, so an instruction sheet would've been very helpful, especially with March Madness happening while we were there! No instructions for the home beyond taking shoes off - In every VRBO I've ever stayed, there's been a little instruction sheet or book that includes check out procedures, door codes, what to use and what not to use, owner contact info. This is always very helpful and allows you to not bother the owners for minor issues. These are minor issues but would make guests feel more welcome and help to take care of the home as appropriate. Overall, our stay was excellent.

Beautiful home in a good location

How was fantastic, plenty of bedrooms and easily accessible. We had a group of 6 guys and everyone slept comfortably and had parking space out front. Roberta was great and allowed us to thoroughly enjoy the place. Thanks!

Lovely home!

We stayed here for a long weekend with a group of friends and really enjoyed it. Roberta was very friendly and helpful and the home was gorgeous. New construction, very open and nicely furnished, and a great place to stay in general. Good proximity to East Atlanta Village and Decatur/Downtown. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, comfortable home within driving distance of Atlanta's best attractions

My colleagues and I were in Atalanta for just one night, but instantly fell in love with Roberta's LUX Modern Farmhouse. The home is incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and provides plenty of comfortable space for a group or family. The homeowner, Roberta, offered to meet us for a personal tour of the home and was available to us throughout our stay should we have needed her. The five bedrooms provided us a restful night after a long day and included extras like an air mattress for a sixth member of our group beyond the available bedrooms. I'd highly recommend anyone looking for a space in the Atlanta area to reach out and inquire about spending time in this home.
