Great location!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect for us! We could walk to the beach and to the BHI club and had some beautiful sunrise views!

Good place

This villa will always hold a special place in our memory as it is where my wife and I celebrated after our wedding. Perfect for weekend getaways and great location on the island.

Comfortable space on Bald Head Island

The condo had a good amount of space, a well-equiped kitchen and a great view of birds in the nearby pond. Beach access was very close. Overall a great stay.

The home is on a monthly pest control program and we would have been more than happy to have them come and spray again during your stay. We are on an island and bugs can be more prevalent due to the rainy weather we have had as well. We hope otherwise you have enjoyed your stay.

Nature lovers’ paradise

Villa 26 was truly the best place to watch the birds and the alligators frolic on the 18th hole of the golf course.

Bird Watchers Roost

The property could use a little updating but overall comfortable and a nice location. Lovely views of the lagoon and golf course and close to beach access!

Villa on BHI

Great spot on BHI. We enjoyed our stay. The bathrooms were not clean and the reason for the 3 stars.

Fun Weekend

Even though the weather was not ideal (cold & rain) we had a good time. The condo was very comfortable and close to shops & restaurants. We are planning on coming back to golf in the summer and would stay here again.

Wonderful condo!

The property was perfect! The beds and sheets were so comfortable we actually checked to see the brand. The golf carts worked great and the view was amazing. Gators on the pond edge every day!

A little slice of heaven

The property has everything you could possibly need for a week stay. The views are beautiful, abudent wildlife can be seen from the deck to include, fish, several alligators, deer, and various species of birds. The two golf carts were in good condition and held a good charge. The location is perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

Super Location and Clean!

We had a great time at this property! We saw the alligator across the pond and many different species of birds and fish! We walked to the club and beach. This house was perfect for our family of six (our four you g kids had the loft to themselves so we had an extra bedroom!

The location is perfect to beach, club, marina, and market! Kids have freedom to explore neighborhood and wildlife! Views from deck are stunning! BHI Services respond to requests within minutes!

Great place to stay!

This property is in a great location close to the beach and has a village feel. Our only complaint was the living room furniture needs to be replaced. It’s uncomfortable and really worn. But everything else was awesome.

This home is in a great location by the shoals club and right across from the beach. We are sorry you felt the furniture was uncomfortable. This was all brand new furniture within the last 4 years since Florence as everything in the home was redone and remodeled.
