Our best VRBO experience ever. Helen made our check-in and stay a memorable experience. She had recommendations and suggestions for everything we asked her about (transportation, restaurants, activities, supermarkets) and was in communication with us well before our arrival. We have rented some fantastic VRBO properties in the past, but Helen is the tops and the property/location was fantastic.

Located within walking distance of everything you need: metro, restaurants, museums, etc. Our local contact was awesome arranging airport pickup and drop off, touring the property with us and sending us points of interest. Property is very charming with high ceilings and fully stocked apartment. We brought our 12 yr old granddaughter and we had plenty of room.

Our family had a great stay. Helena was there to meet us when we arrived and assisted with airport transfers. Property was clean and within walking distance of the major sights and activities, as well as many great cafes and restaurants. We really enjoyed our time there.

Lovely flat in perfect location near tirso de Molina. Well equipped and comfortable. Great stay, with lift and excellent air conditioning. Wonderful!

Great place to stay. We enjoyed 3 weeks here in the middle of Madrid. This location is ideal, walking distance to almost everything. If you need to catch the metro, it is 1 min walk. The host was excellent!

Place was just as pictured and described. We had everything we needed for our stay. Really appreciated the help coordinating airport transit to and from the airport. Elena was a great communicator and offered excellent recommendations in the area!

The property is nice, and its location is convenient, being close to the city center. However, the surrounding neighborhood is not considered upscale and appears to be a lower-income area.We noticed some ants in the room during our stay. The beds were a bit small and could be larger for better comfort and the mattresses should be changed as they are not very comfortable and there are tiny cracks in the walls that needs fixing . We also requested a one-hour late checkout, but unfortunately, the host was unable to accommodate our request.If you arrive by taxi, be aware that there is usually no convenient place for the driver to stop and unload luggage. Stopping directly in front of the property blocks the street, and the nearest available parking is some distance away, making luggage drop-off and pick-up less convenient.The carpets would benefit from a thorough wash rather than just vacuuming, as this would improve the overall cleanliness.On the positive side, the host was responsive, helpful, and supportive throughout our stay, and aside from the points mentioned above, everything else was satisfactory.

Great location and enough space for our 4 person family.

Really enjoyed the location. One bedroom and beds are a little small but overall the apartment, location, and stay was perfect.

Beautiful place Great location

Checking in was a breeze. The kitchen facilities were as described. We cooked every day and used the washer and dryer. The AC was very good and the temperature was adjustable to our needs. WiFi worked great. We walked to most attractions but also had no trouble getting a taxi or uber. I would stay there admin on my next visit!!

Conveniently located (within walking distance of Plaza Major, Retiro park, Puerta Del Sol) Safe building with multiple entrance doors/gates Place has all you need to be comfortable Management is very responsive, organizing pick up and addressing little issues like an appliance breakdown.

This flat is very centrally located in Madrid, the Tirso de Molina metro stop is steps away. The Plaza de Mayor is a 10min walk, at most. There are restaurants and bars a plenty nearby, as well as, shopping and grocery stores.The flat itself is spacious (by Madrid standards) and comfortable, nice furnishings and well appointed kitchen, everything you need really for an extended stay. For those concerned with the summer heat in Madrid, the air conditioners in this flat are amazing, super cold air!I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Madrid.

The best place ever!

This is such an amazing place to stay. The location is perfect and so convenient. You also have a Health food downstairs and so many markets within a small walking distance. There are close Tapas Bars and so much to explore nearby. You are also right by the metro which is so convenient. I can not say enough good about this place. It's such a gem!!

The Marais of Madrid

We had a lovely stay in La Latina. The apartment is comfortable and spacious with two full bathrooms as well as the two bedrooms and large living/dining room. We were near all the major sights and spent many happy hours in tapas restaurants opening onto pedestrian plazas and in the Retiro park which was glorious.

Great location for touring sites and sounds of Barcelona

This apartment lent itself fabulously to close proximity for public transportation to and from highlight locations in and around Barcelona.Some of the fabulous touring spots would have to include Montserrat, Sagrada Familia Cathedral, Park Guell,Blvd Los Ramblas and can't forget the beautiful dancing waters of the magic fountain on Plaza Espana on Fridays evenings... We fell in love with Barcelona and this apartment !!

Wonderful!

My family and I stayed at this property for a few days, and it was exactly what we were looking for. We were 4 adults and 2 small children, and we fit comfortably in this spacious apartment. It was clean, and in a great location of the city with easy access to everything you could need and within walking distance to most sites. Owners were very communicative and kind. Would recommend to anyone!

Great location. Met promptly by Jose, who gave us thorough information about the property and Madrid in general. AC’s worked very well, as did all the appliances. There was some noise at night, but the double windows muffled it well. Would book again!

The host never contacted me after check in. She works through two other people who told me if there was something wrong to message her through the app. The second bathroom had so much mold in the shower that my wife couldn't enter the room. The walls are paper thin so i could hear all of the street noises with the windows closed. There are large cracks in the plaster making the overall appeal less than desirable.

One Week Stay in Lavapiés

The apartment is a nice size and, most importantly, it's in a great location. The neighborhood is vibrant with supermarkets, cafés and restaurants nearby - right next to Plaza Tirso de Molina. The central location allowed us to walk everywhere. The apartment is well equipped but needs some TLC. Damaged walls need repair and painting, the bathrooms and kitchen need to be updated, mold needs to be eliminated, and some of the furniture is dirty. There was also a problem with ants in the bathrooms and kitchen. Helena was great during check-in. She reviewed the area map with us, provided recommendations, and scheduled a taxi pick-up for the morning of our departure.

Madrid 2-bedroom Centrally Located!

Carmen was a wonderful host. It was very easy to communicate with her throughout the entire process. The 2 bedroom was perfect for our one week stay In Madrid. Due to the central location we were able to walk to almost all the key sites within 10-15 minutes. A great way to explore the city! There were two major groceries on the same block which made it convenient to get a little food for the stay. The apartment was nicely appointed and the building was quiet. The few full time residents we met were very nice. The elevator was a perfect plus especially with heavy luggage. We would book with Carmen again if we find ourselves in Madrid again.
