Urban Sitges 2 - holiday apartment (tourist registration number ATB-000277) is a charming duplex designed to offer a comfortable, peaceful and stylish stay in the heart of Sitges.



Its excellent location will allow you to enjoy everything within a few steps: it is just 5 minutes from the train station (RENFE) and a short distance from the beach. Additionally, taxis, shops, and some of the city's most well-known leisure spots are very nearby.



From the apartment you will be able to walk to the old town of this picturesque Mediterranean village in a few minutes, where you will find a wide gastronomic and entertainment offer. Sitges is famous for its lively nightlife, its music bars and discos, as well as for its numerous sporting activities, such as golf, horse riding, sailing and all kinds of water sports.



The apartment is located on the first floor of the building with a lift. It is distributed over two floors. On the main floor, there is a modern fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room with a practical and comfortable sofa bed, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or walking around the town.



On the upper floor, the bedroom is located with a double bed and its en-suite bathroom with a shower, creating an intimate and comfortable space for rest.

Without a doubt, the perfect option to enjoy relaxing holidays by the sea in Sitges, combining comfort, location, and Mediterranean charm.



Booking conditions



During the stay, a deposit of €250 will be withheld, which will be returned after departure once the apartment has been checked. In the event of damage to the property, loss of keys or leaving rubbish or the apartment in inadequate cleaning conditions, the corresponding charges may be applied, which will be deducted from the deposit if necessary.



Check-in time: from 14:00 h.

Check-out time: until 11:00 h. Early check-in or late check-out requests will be subject to availability.



The number of guests may not exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment indicated in the booking.

Very nice apartment and great location. Probably more suitable for a couple but there is still ample space for two Hosts very easy to contact and very responsive to our questions

Beautiful condo in perfect location

The space is exactly as shown. Very clean, comfortable beds, cute street. Close to beach and steps from stores and restaurants. We can't wait to come back.

The apartment was beautiful

The apartment was beautiful and as seen in the pictures. It is spacious and has all the amenities needed. It is very easy to access and it is safe and located central and in a perfect location. It is very quiet area and a walking distance to everything.

Overall Impresaion

The apartment photos are accurate. If your taste in design is modern, then this place will satisfy. Having two bathrooms is a bonus as is the two large French doors on each floor. The location is central and access to the sea not even five minutes.

Centrico

El apartamento estaba reservado para 4 personas. El sofá cama no estaba hecho, lo puedo entender. Pero creo que sería una buena idea dejar cerca de él o por lo menos todo junto las sabanas y las almohadas. Pues cuando recogimos al dia siguiente nos dimos cuenta que estaban en la otra cama. Y las capsulas de cafe solo había dos para 4 adultos. Todo lo demás genial. El sistema de entrada, la atención instantánea, la limpieza, el espacio. Muy bien!

The apartment is great

Clean and well-appointed. Had a good stay. The check-in procedure and instructions were easy to follow. Only slight compliant would be the noise from the restaurant below. Otherwise no problems.

Úžasná komunikace. Pomoc při řešeni problému. Skvělá lokalita. Čisté a prostorné , dostačující vyvavení . Vezměte si s sebou vlastní ručík, pokud používate make-up. Po přečtení domovního řádu jsme raději šli koupit vlastní . Ale to nic nemění na mém hodnocení

Great place.

I spent two weeks here while visiting my son. Very clean and tidy. Perfect location a short walk from the train station, the beach, and the main shopping and entertainment streets.

Great place to stay - located in the heart of Sitges

Easy check-in, clean, bright, modern, convenient location. Perfect stay. Agency was very responsive. Within minutes they were there to help via Whatsapp. Shower is a bit too small. You keep on hitting the faucet control while showering. Give a bit more info on recycling. Unless you live in Spain, you don't know how to handle the trash and recycling properly. Done differently around the world. Beach towels would be a great addition.
