Esta encantadora casita se encuentra en una de las zonas más codiciadas de Sóller, gracias a su excelente orientación con sol de mañana y su cercanía a la plaza principal, situada a tan solo 5 minutos a pie.

La propiedad está ubicada en una tranquila calle sin salida en la zona de Cas Panerers. El acceso es únicamente peatonal, lo que garantiza un entorno silencioso y sin tráfico (no es posible llegar en coche ni aparcar en la zona). No obstante, existe un área de aparcamiento a unos 5 minutos a pie de la vivienda.

La casa cuenta con 90 m² distribuidos en dos plantas. En la planta baja encontramos una acogedora entrada habilitada como salón con estufa de pellet, así como un aseo de cortesía. Bajando un par de escalones, se accede a una sala de estar con televisión. Subiendo unos escalones desde la entrada, se encuentra la cocina. En la planta superior se ubican dos dormitorios, uno de ellos con baño en suite. Ambos dormitorios disponen de aire acondicionado frío/calor.

El jardín se sitúa justo frente a la casa, al otro lado de un pequeño camino vecinal (a escasos pasos). Es un espacio ideal para tomar el sol o disfrutar de cenas al aire libre durante las noches de verano. Además, en esta zona exterior se encuentra la lavandería.

La vivienda se encuentra en una calle sin tráfico, lo que la convierte en el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de unas vacaciones tranquilas, sin renunciar a la cercanía del centro.

Sóller ha implantado una Zona de Bajas Emisiones (ZBE) en el centro urbano. Para acceder en coche es necesaria una autorización municipal, salvo que el vehículo sea de cero emisiones.

Esta autorización permite únicamente la circulación, pero no autoriza a estacionar en la vía pública dentro del centro. El aparcamiento solo está permitido en las zonas públicas habilitadas para ello.

Los aparcamientos públicos se encuentran en las afueras del municipio, aproximadamente a 10–15 minutos a pie del centro.

La autorización puede solicitarse hasta 72 horas después de haber accedido a la zona. Antes de su llegada, le facilitaremos información detallada sobre cómo obtenerla, así como un mapa con los accesos y opciones de aparcamiento.

This was a return visit , we love the house and offer of a little garden in such a great location. Has all we need but a new corkscrew, bin replacement in kitchen and a lightbulb to be replaced in the shower , would make it even better. Coffee pods and wine on arrival were very welcome.

This is a charming house in a quiet neighborhood, but convenient to the town plaza. It is a pretty mix of old and new. It’s well stocked with everything we needed. And, thank goodness for the AC! The heat was brutal during our visit and it was a relief to come home and relax. The team responded quickly to inquiries, and were most helpful. We’d recommend staying here.

We LOVED our week in the house! The location was perfect, just a short walk out of town but had a total neighborhood vibe. We loved the outside space to drink wine and play cards. The house was so authentic and beyond cute . We originally were going to book at the Port of Soller and are so glad we didn't. It was an easy train ride there and being in the charming town was so worth it. Bar Molino is just a five minute walk and has delicious food. We loved our time in Soller! Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay! The instructions to find the place were very clear and helpful. The house was super cosy and in a perfect location, just a short walk from the city center. Clean, well stocked kitchen, warm stove, and delicious fresh oranges upon our arrival! Would happily come again :)

This is a beautifully presented property with real character . It has been decorated with love and attention to detail. The second W.C/washroom situated between the sitting room and tv room might disconcert some due to the glass “window” which looks onto the sitting area. It didn’t trouble us and it is just the wash basin not the toilet which means that you might sometimes see your holiday buddy brushing their teeth!We enjoyed the garden and the sound of the stream and ducks and view of the chickens .

wonderful short stay in Soller

This is a charming secluded small traditional Mallorcan townhouse in a beautiful setting. We would definitely recommend it and can’t wait for a return visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cozy house. We were there for a couple of weeks and for part of our stay the weather turned cold but there was sufficient heating to keep the house warm. The wood pellet stove was very efficient. The kitchen was well equipped and all the appliances functioned well. It is situated along a quiet path very close to the centre of Soller. The house was clean and clean sheets and towels were provided during our 2 week stay. The beds were very comfortable and the shower worked well with lots of hot water. The garden opposite the house is a nice place to sit and catch the evening sun.We hope to return to Soller and to Cozy house next year.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed it, the house was in a quite nighbourhood, really clean, neat and had a nice garden which we could enjoy. Also the interior design looks really nice and cosy. Parking around could be a little challenge, but from the house you are in the citycenter within minutes.

Beautiful exclusive and quiet. Soller’s best kept secret.

This is a beautiful amazing little house perfect for couples with one kid. Really lovely experience. The house is beautifully decorated with great taste and simplicity. Highly recommended

Quaint house in lovely area of Soller

A slightly quirky house in a quiet area of Soller within easy reach of the centre of town. For older people the stairs may prove a bit tricky. The outside area is a nice area to eat outside.

We really enjoyed our time here! The house was beautiful and in a lovely area, just a short walk to the town centre and very quiet with lots of great views of the surrounding mountains. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, including a coffee machine which we made good use of during our stay. The private garden was very pretty and a nice place to eat breakfast or have a glass of wine. The Xisca team left really clear instructions for everything, including easy to follow directions to the property which were much appreciated. Overall we were really impressed! Would recommend this to others looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful location.

Nice house in the center of Sóller

We had a wonderful time at the house in Sóller and didn’t miss a thing. The amenities are excellent, and thanks to the pellet stove, it was always comfortably warm. The beds are outstanding—we slept exceptionally well. We loved being so close to the center while still having our own peaceful retreat. The beautifully landscaped garden was another highlight. It couldn’t have been better! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to

Cozy house in a beautiful rural setting with fabulous views .

Lovingly restored rural property, stylish and modern but retains many original features. Very well equipped and comfortable dining kitchen for when it’s too chilly to sit outside. Very well maintained outdoor space with fabulous views towards the mountains. Would highly recommend.
