The views are what sold this to us. The general standard of the accommodation is good, but some refresh is needed. The facilities are what your would expect for the price, but this coupled with the accessibility of the coast, restaurants, golf (if you like it) and the walk to the nearby volcano is just great for a family vacation with the grand kids. They loved it, so did we.

A lovely villa with everything you could hope for. Well equipped kitchen, lovely open plan lounge, decent little garden, lovely pool, and most importantly incredible views of the ocean that you could look at for hours! Nice location, great local walks, and not far from restaurants and bars etc... we all loved it.

perfect for us

It was Perfect was us, the only negative Point was the Camping Van in front of the house disposing their waste in the street one day. But that is simply bad luck having irresponsible camping People. As said a perfect place for a holiday.

Great villa with a fantastic views

Lovely villa. Perfect for a family holiday. Loved the outlook and villa was very well equipped. Only downside were the motorhomes that often parked up beside the villa in the afternoons and stayed overnight. Thankfully this didn’t create much noise. Didn’t put us off booking again in future.

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay at our villa and that it provided the perfect setting for your family holiday. It's great to know that the villa's amenities and the beautiful ocean views met your expectations. Regarding the motorhomes, we want to mention that they are allowed to stay for a short period of time to also enjoy the stunning views of the ocean and golf course. We're glad to hear they didn't cause much disturbance during your stay, but we understand how it could be an inconvenience, and we'll continue to monitor this. We'd love to welcome you back for another stay in the future. Thanks again for choosing us for your holiday! Safe travels, David

A villa with a view

It was so lovely to sunbathe and look at the view. Work was being done to the pathway along by the sea but it didn’t impact on our stay. David was fantastic and we quickly found our way around the local area. There are some areas that need to be updated in the villa, the main bathroom needs a new bath, the second bedroom needs a new bed - the mattress was comfortable but the bed frame was rickety and new chairs are needed at the kitchen table. Overall we had a lovely stay and the two weeks went far too quickly!

Wonderful location, villa and communications.

The whole process for renting was simple. Very good communications from both David and Cari. The villa was in a beautiful setting, overlooking the sea, 2 mins walk. David did mention beforehand that there was a 'digger' parked up and that the local council is in the process of laying a footpath. This didn't spoil anything... the view, even with digger, was wonderful. Américas, Adeje, and Christianos, are all easily accessible, within approx 25-35 mins drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the pool in the morning followed by a trip somewhere local. Tried booking again already.... Not available for Xmas though. We will be back :-)

... with a view
