The location is perfect and the apartment is nicely equipt but had a damp smell and the air con lasted for 1 day and the apartment was humid and warm..The futon bed was uncomfortable on one side with the frame could be felt .The hair dryer cut out after less than one minuite .The walls need a freshen up as well as the skirting boards which were filthy and the door into the flat needs a good hoover. We all enjoyed Tenby itself and the location was great ..

Hi Angela, I'm sorry your experince wasn't as good as it should have been. I really appreciate your feedback, it's let's me address the issues. 1) We've had a new air recycling system installed this summer which should ensure the air quality. the enginner is coming back this weekend to re-comission the system. 2) New hair dryer in place 3) We gave the property a deep clean immediately after your stay 4) New sofabed on order.

Lovely stay in the heart of Tenby

The property had everything we needed for a week away and enough entertainment for the occasional evening in. The location is excellent. Eateries are abundant, and a supermarket, cafe and pasty shop (yum) are nearby.

Amazing little place!!

Perfect place for our short stay in Tenby. Perfect location with only a short walk to the beach! Check in was easy and communication was great throughout. The apartment was spotless and a great space for a couple or small group. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be sure to check out Phil’s other properties! Thanks again :)

We had a lovely time staying here as it was very convenient and close to the beach. Cooking and washing etc were also all easy to do. The beds were comfortable and there wasn't much noise from outside. Communication with the host was great too!

Tenby Stay

Lovely property with plenty of room for a short or long stay. Possibly investing in an ac unit would be good as the flat heats up quite a lot and is hard to cool down. But all together lovely facilities and location.

Absolutely fantastic stay

This is a very beautiful and comfortable flat and couldn't be in a better location right in the heart of Tenby. We had a wonderful few days here enjoying the beaches and town of Tenby, which was lovely off season. There was everything we needed in the flat and the bedding was so soft and clean. Communication was great and the key safe check in process was very straight forward. Would highly recommend this place and would love to return again in the future!

Beautifully furnished apartment right in the centre of Tenby

It is a lovely apartment, very centrally positioned on Tenby High Street. Extremely well kitted out and comfortable furnishings. We only had one gripe and that was that we were not aware that it was a cellar apartment with no view and thought this could have been made clear in the online description. On the plus side, we weren't disturbed by the Church bells ringing or the street noise!!

Anazing Place

Just returned from a weeks stay here. The Apartment is finished to a high standard, is modern with an interesting layout, and is very comfy. It has everything required for a perfect stay. The location is great being right in the centre of the town with a vast selection shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants on its doorstep and a choice of beautiful beaches just a short stroll away (less than a 5 min walk) Phil the owneris a really nice guy, very friendly and helpful and went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. Tenby itself is a great destination with a great atmosphere and lots to see and do. Will definately return here. Many thanks Wayne, Joanna and Amber

To start, the property owner was good to deal with. The property is in an excellent location close to everything, although no car parking, we used a multi-storey 5 mins walk away £20 for the week. On a negative side this is a basement apartment so a lack of fresh air, ventilation and natural light, Zero phone signal also. Great TV though. Would I stay here again.....maybe.

Lovely apartment great location!

Everything was as described and clean, the apartment was decorated tastefully. Owner has gone Above and beyond with providing essentials, even a spice rack for cooking and dish washer tablets/washer tablets salt and pepper etc! The kitchen was fully kitted out with every pot pan and utensil you could ever need! location was brill, right in the centre of Tenby town. Easy access to everything you need.
