Welcome to our spacious and modern penthouse condo, nestled along the picturesque inner harbour of Victoria, BC. Our 1-bedroom, 1-bath luxury rental offers a prime downtown location, with easy access to restaurants, historic landmarks, and event venues.

Unfortunately, due to recent legislation in British Columbia we can only offer rentals of 90 days or longer. If you are interested in booking a stay for 60 days or more, please get in touch as we may be able to arrange a discounted 90 day booking.

Recently renovated, our penthouse boasts stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and stylish furnishings. Secure underground parking and bike storage ensure convenience. Enjoy high-speed internet, Telus Optik cable, and Netflix on the flat-screen TV.

Relax on two decks - a smaller west-facing one off the condo, and a large, private south-facing rooftop patio with stunning harbour views. An adjacent communal area with a gas barbecue is perfect for socializing.

Explore the city with ease - take a harbour taxi, rent a kayak, or savour local beer at Craft Beer Market, all just steps away. The Galloping Goose trail is across the nearby bridge, ideal for biking and walking.

Beauty on Victoria Bay

Great location in a not so busy section of Victoria Bay. It was close to China Town and a short walk to Government Street (nice eating and shopping district.

Excellent stay. Apartment was clean, everything needed was provided. View was great. Instructions all clear and went smoothly. Only hiccup was fire alarm the first evening! Would stay here again Thank you

Great location - well appointed

The view from the unit is alive w/activity by day and the lights on the bridge very attractive at night. The unit contained everything to 2 of us needed. The walk across the bridge and along the inner harbor is a joy and access to the greater downtown area by foot easy.

Clean, comfortable, pleasant condo, in a safe, convenient (to our desires) location.

My wife and I enjoyed our January 01 to February 29, 2024 occupancy of this condo unit. We are daily walkers and found the location to be safe, convenient to everything we desired to visit, restaurants, shopping and bus transport. We enjoyed the waterfront location, away from road traffic noise, while observing the water traffic, sea otters, different waterfowl and pedestrians on the boardwalk. We enjoyed our uninterrupted stay and the quick response assistance of the condo unit Owner, when requested.

Great apartment, we felt very comfortable

We stayed from mid-April to mid-May 2017 in Olivers apartment and are absolutely thrilled! The apartment is fantastic: The Seawall for walking and jogging is right in front of the door, the stop Yaletown Roundhouse (Canada Line) is 2 minutes away. The bicycle rental is directly opposite. Many restaurants are within walking distance. From the apartement we had a magnificent view of False Creek. The gym and the pool we gladly used. The apartment is super furnished, a parking lot in the garage was true, everything worked perfectly. Thanks to Oliver! We will be back!

Holiday In Victoria

We spent the Thanksgiving Holiday (US) in Victoria, staying at this comfortable condo. It is right-sized for a couple and a prime location for watching traffic on Victoria's Upper Harbor. We were very impressed with the kayakers and paddle boarders out on their morning excursions in near-freezing weather. The condo is within easy walking distance of a wide variety of restaurants and cafes. Shopping options abound, too, and we took advantage of that, visiting several stores with goods we would not find in our small hometown. The kitchen was well-equipped, for the most part. We were disappointed that the Insta-Hot and the icemaker were not working. We did not do any full-scale meal prep, but the kitchen was set up to so. The condo has good access to highways leading to attractions outside Victoria proper. We spent a leisurely afternoon at Butchart Gardens, which is quite interesting even in the late fall. Another drive took us to Point Renfrew along the west coast of the island. It's only about 110 kilometers from the condo, but it is two hours and a bit to get to there. If we had not made the trip, though, we would not have seen the surfers at Jordan River. Or had a delicious lunch at the Port Renfrew Pub. The weather was great - a bit chilly. We had clear blue skies and no rain for the whole weekend. That's quite unusual for this time of year, but we appreciated it. All-in-all we had a very enjoyable weekend. I would recommend this property to other visitors

Fabulous place to stay for your visit to Victoria

We had a wonderful stay in this penthouse on Mermaid Warf! ;) To start, Alex was fabulous to work with in terms of booking and getting checked in. He met us at the location, walked us to the parking space, and walked us through the apartment and roof top deck area to make sure we knew where everything was. If you're like us, you really want to check out the private roof top deck space. We spent some time there every evening with drinks, enjoying the boats, and people watching. The condo itself was very clean and well appointed. The full bank of windows was awesome and we spent a couple of nights just eating at the table and watching the boats and folks below. Even if you don't check out the roof top deck the view from the apartment is also very nice! In the mornings you can watch the boats paddling crew right below the window. It's very well located and we spent a lot of time just walking around the area. One day we walked to the Parliament buildings which were 10 minutes away, from there we walked to Beacon Hill and then followed the waterfront path down to the Ogden break water. We then walked to the Blue Crab Restaurant and from there caught one of the little water ferry/water taxis back to Mermaid Warf. Another day, we took the water ferry/taxi right out front all the way out to West Bay Marina (Esquimalt) and then walked the Songhee's trail along the waterfront back to the Johnson bridge which we crossed to get home. Victoria lends itself to walking and enjoying the outdoors and this location lends itself to walking! ;) There are several restaurants right out the front door and Alex had some really good recommendations in his book (check out Foo for take out - you will not be disappointed!) The TV was easy to stream netflix, wifi worked great, water pressure fabulous, kitchen well stocked . . . .You can also rent kayaks or canoes at the dock out front if you choose. All in all it's a fabulous unit and made for a terrific trip! ;) We look forward to another visit some day!

Penthouse Views from Wharf Street

My partner and I stayed here for a week on our 10 Year Anniversary! The entire space and its’ views are unbeatable, one of the owners kindly let us in with a tour, and it’s centrally located in Victoria on the water! Thank You for our stay, we plan to return soon :)))

Perfect location!

This condo is so great! It has great views and everything you could want for a wonderful getaway. Restaurants, amazing shopping, harbor taxis and walking paths to downtown are literally just steps out the front door. After a long day of beaching and hiking it was nice to come home to the fully stocked kitchen, cook up dinner and relax. Overall a wonderful 8 days! Thanks Alex!

Wonderful Winter Escape

We enjoyed five weeks in this very clean and comfortable condo. The location is perfect for enjoying the views of the never-ending harbour activity. We did not need a car as so much is within walking distance. We did purchase a bus pass for some of our longer jaunts. The private rooftop patio was a nice treat at the end of a busy day.

Location is perfect. Easy walk to all essential stores for food and drink. Plenty of restaurants around if you don't feel like cooking. The rooms, kitchen, and bathroom were spotless and the aesthetics of the penthouse are top notch. If you like hanging out in a very roomy place with a great view this is it. Fun to watch all the stuff going on in the bay.

Really liked the location and the suite

Good coffee shops, neat shopping and lots of restaurants came in late at night and needed to pick up keys from a lock box - nothing wrong with it except at night needed to walk to find the door and bring a light so you can read the lock box

Fabulous Condo

The view from the condo balcony overlooks the harbor and the Johnson Bridge. The view is undeniably fabulous. We could not get enough of just sitting and watching the small water taxis, tugs pulling barges and the blue lighted Johnson Bridge raise to allow ships to pass under. The condo was very comfortable, well stocked and clean. Providing the in tune guitar was nice bonus since my husband plays in a band. The condo location is perfect for walking around downtown. Our rental car didn't move for 2 days. We would highly recommend this condo.

Superb Location!

We absolutely loved our stay at Alex's condo! It was well furnished and supplied. Lots of extras available, which is very thoughtful. The location of this unit is perfect. Right on the edge of town, walkable to everything, but quieted down by later hours. It was very entertaining getting the birds eye view of the harbor and water taxis. We even were able to watch them practice for their ballet right below us! We love Victoria and hope to be back soon!

Great location

Great location and very clean. Check in process at Air Lobby was difficult. No on street parking available when we arrived, so it took quite a while to finally get a spot. Upon getting the keys we were not given instructions on where the parking garage was and it was not clearly marked. Room was extremely hot..especially in the afternoon. The small ac could not keep up during the day even though it was only about 70 degrees. Thankfully it would cool off at night, but still warmer than we would have liked. We did really like the place, just wanted to help you improve the check in process and maybe improve the air conditioning.

Great building and Unit

We usually stay in Downtown but this was a refreshing change. We felt a little more like locals and enjoyed the opportunity to explore new areas. While the mattress could have been better, this is a wonderful, well appointed apartment with beautiful views and easy access to restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay again!

Great Stay in Victoria

Great place for my Fiancé and I during our stay in Victoria. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Check in/ out process at the Air Lobby was very easy. Great food and lots of activities nearby.

AMAZING!!

The condo was beautiful and very well appointed and the location can’t be beat. We enjoyed kayaking and the Craft Beer Market both of which were literally right out of our door, and easily walked to shopping, restaurants and a great pedestrian trail along the water just across the bridge. The owner was very responsive throughout the process and very helpful in working out arrangements for us to pick up the keys after hours. Can’t recommend this place more highly!! We would definitely stay here again if back in Victoria.

The Perfect Spot

It was fantastic, wonderful accommodations. Modern, well designed, spacious, clean. The location is absolutely perfect. Top Restaurants near by, kayaking, water taxi right outside of the main entrance. I will be going back so. Pros: Magic Cons: None at all
