Welcome to our spacious and modern penthouse condo, nestled along the picturesque inner harbour of Victoria, BC. Our 1-bedroom, 1-bath luxury rental offers a prime downtown location, with easy access to restaurants, historic landmarks, and event venues.

Unfortunately, due to recent legislation in British Columbia we can only offer rentals of 90 days or longer. If you are interested in booking a stay for 60 days or more, please get in touch as we may be able to arrange a discounted 90 day booking.

Recently renovated, our penthouse boasts stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and stylish furnishings. Secure underground parking and bike storage ensure convenience. Enjoy high-speed internet, Telus Optik cable, and Netflix on the flat-screen TV.

Relax on two decks - a smaller west-facing one off the condo, and a large, private south-facing rooftop patio with stunning harbour views. An adjacent communal area with a gas barbecue is perfect for socializing.

Explore the city with ease - take a harbour taxi, rent a kayak, or savour local beer at Craft Beer Market, all just steps away. The Galloping Goose trail is across the nearby bridge, ideal for biking and walking.

Alex was a great host! Our arrival was delayed by a day and we were accommodated in a timely manner. The condo is well located and well equipped with stunning harbour views. We had a car and the parking space was easy to get to, but if you are staying in Victoria proper you really don’t need a car. All in all a wonderful experience!

Great Stay in Victoria

Great place for my Fiancé and I during our stay in Victoria. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Check in/ out process at the Air Lobby was very easy. Great food and lots of activities nearby.

Beauty on Victoria Bay

Great location in a not so busy section of Victoria Bay. It was close to China Town and a short walk to Government Street (nice eating and shopping district.

Beautiful Victoria

Great place to stay in the heart of Victoria. Close to everything and the walkability of Victoria is fantastic. The rental has a great view of the water and lots of windows. Would easily stay here again.

Excellent location

My wife and enjoy the location as it’s only a walking distance to everywhere including downtown shopping, restaurants, Fishermans wharf (15min) museum and so on. The condo is conveniently located and we appreciate the secure entrance and underground parking.

Great stay in Victoria

Wonderful location with beautiful views. We could walk everywhere; buses also close by. Bed is very comfortable. We would stay here again and recommend to others. Communication with owner easy and always received prompt responses .

Downtown Victoria stay

Excellent stay. Apartment was clean, everything needed was provided. View was great. Instructions all clear and went smoothly. Only hiccup was fire alarm the first evening! Would stay here again Thank you

Penthouse Views from Wharf Street

My partner and I stayed here for a week on our 10 Year Anniversary! The entire space and its’ views are unbeatable, one of the owners kindly let us in with a tour, and it’s centrally located in Victoria on the water! Thank You for our stay, we plan to return soon :)))

Amazing View/Spacious Penthouse/Great Location

Had a blast staying here. The view in the mornings and evenings from the balcony were memory makers for me. Loved how big the space was. It was well furnished and had everything we needed. The location also was surrounded with great eats/bars in walking distance. 10/10 stay

Johnson Bridge

A great view of Johnson Bridge on the edge of China Town. An easy walk to the harbour. The apt was first rate everything you need for a restful stay! Beautiful roof top patio. We so enjoyed our stay.

Really liked the location and the suite

Good coffee shops, neat shopping and lots of restaurants came in late at night and needed to pick up keys from a lock box - nothing wrong with it except at night needed to walk to find the door and bring a light so you can read the lock box

Great building and Unit

We usually stay in Downtown but this was a refreshing change. We felt a little more like locals and enjoyed the opportunity to explore new areas. While the mattress could have been better, this is a wonderful, well appointed apartment with beautiful views and easy access to restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay again!

Great place

This apartment is an ideal place to stay to explore Victoria. Amazing location, place was clean and exactly as pictured. Host was responsive and easy to work with. Just note that you need to pick up the key around the corner. It was very easy to do that so don’t let that stop you from staying at this amazing place.

Great location - well appointed

The view from the unit is alive w/activity by day and the lights on the bridge very attractive at night. The unit contained everything to 2 of us needed. The walk across the bridge and along the inner harbor is a joy and access to the greater downtown area by foot easy.
