Wonderful stay at the beach

Amazing property with great views. Owner was extremely responsive and it was the perfect way to spend Thanksgiving with the family. The sunrise was gorgeous.

Beautiful beachfront home. Very communicative owner. We rented both the main house plus the lower level which gave us 7 bedrooms- perfect for all of us adults, whether coupled or not. Kitchen was well stocked with appropriate supplies to cook. Pool, hot tub, and sauna were very nice. Lots of great family time at the beach. Thank you Simin!

We loved our stay! This property felt more like visiting a friend’s home than a typical rental — warm, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The ocean views were absolutely stunning with plenty of outdoor (and indoor) seating. The home was clean, cozy, and full of personal touches that made it feel inviting. We truly felt at home here and can’t wait to come back.

A Relaxing Beachfront Retreat

I had a recent trip with family to the Seaside Sanctuary which offered a very enjoyable experience. The location was fantastic, with the beach just steps away, providing beautiful views and the calming sound of the waves. The home was clean and comfortable, creating a cozy atmosphere.

Summer 2023 Vacation

Loved the beach front view , pool, and Hot tub! Riding the golf car was fun and made getting around a lot easier!

My husband and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary at this beautiful oceanfront home. Our family stayed from July 4 to the 11th. The neighbors on either side of us provided a spectacular fireworks display.The kitchen was well stocked And included a pantry as well as a spice cabinet. The attention to detail was evident throughout and made this Beach house feel like home.Our host was Courteous and prompt to any request that we made. no need to rent pool towels or beach chairs, they were provided.We would love to return next year, but only time will tell

Beautiful location

The location of this property was ideal! The property itself was very nice - there did seem to be an abundance of spiders and spiderwebs but it didn't impact our vacation

Wonderful Vacation

Our vacation was outstanding. The house was perfect. Clean, well-stocked with anything you can want, right on the beach so we could watch our grand kids, and the pool and hot tub were a superb added touch. The host was extremely courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this place. Thank you to the host.

Our family vacation was a dream. The house and location could not have been better. The home is beautiful and immaculate. Our children and grandchildren lived in the pool and the ocean.

Lovely Beach House

Wonderful location and perfect floor plan for a family get together. However, the house was in need of a deep clean and a few items in the house were not working properly. Property manager was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.

It’s pretty rare for something to be better than advertised and this home is. For our family, the layout and amenities were perfect. There’s enough space for everyone to be together or off on their own. It’s clean and well kept. The owner is easy to reach and communicate with and was very accommodating to our requests. I can’t say enough good about him or the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back.

Exceptional Experience

We’ve stayed in many homes. This one is at the top of our lists for estates we must visit again. The host was always accommodating. The estate itself is second to none. Thanks again for allowing us to experience this incredible home.
