This is a downstairs apt with ample parking for boats and trailers, a full kitchen with a microwave, coffee pot, and toaster. There is a large enclosed front porch to enjoy your morning coffee or evening card game. 2 bedrooms, the first one with 1 queen bed and one futon, perfect for children and smaller adults. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with floor space for an air mattress if you need additional sleeping space. Air mattress available upon request. Space is 4 rooms 2 bedrooms, Living room, and Lg kitchen, approx 650 sqft with pantry/laundry area, and full bath.
