Unit 18 offers great ocean views, North, South and West. Our home is surrounded by commons and the bluff trail is a 5 minute walk down the hill. Enjoy a cozy fire in the circular fireplace or a meal on one of the two decks. The home offers 3 traditional bedrooms (K, Q, and 2T) as well as a den with a queen futon and it's own bath. North Rec Center is a 20 minute walk and the lodge a 40 minute hike to the south. Fast internet with Sea Ranch Connect.

Great place to spend time with friends and family while enjoying views of the ocean and easy access to Sea Ranch walking trails along the bluff. We hope to return.

Great and clean place. Owner has kept it very pristine however everything is very old and vintage. Not up to date at all. The views are incredible. Very perfect for a toddler and kids as everything is safe for them. The downstairs did smell verrrry musty! Overall a good place.

Thanks for your comments. Yes, the house is a classic Sea Ranch house and we have tried to keep it clean and update things like towels and beds, but choose not to change the overall Sea Ranch look and feel. I believe the musty smell you noticed was the result of the downstairs being closed off for a week or more. The carpet is new and there is no mold or mildew. Opening the windows and/or turning on the heat takes care of that.

Brought our family of four to Sea Ranch and this was ideal. Kids VHS's, games, an incredible living room with incredible ocean views. Easy, quiet, beautiful.

Such a beautiful property, a quick walk away from the coast, along with a few beaches you can get walk down to.This house had everything we needed, close to a few markets, and the fireplace was amazing!Thanks to Kurt for being an amazing host, we would stay here again!

The house is very nice - can't actually walk down to the beach, but we drove further up the road and stopped at a couple other places.Housekeepers need to dust and clean off the top of the cabinets. Layout of the house is nice and convenient. The kitchen for 4 adults or even 2 being in there at the same time was tight.Thanks for a good time.

Thank you for the feedback. I will alert the maids. I am sorry you were not able to walk to beaches. If you come back, I will give you locations. These are listed on the Sea Ranch map at the house and 1 is 10 minutes walk and a longer beach, 20 min away by foot.

The perfect Sea Ranch getaway! We were thrilled by this house — if anything, the pictures can’t do justice for the stunning ocean views. It feels like the perfect combination of a true family home — charming and lived-in — while also being a very clean and excellently maintain vacation property and was perfect for our group of four adults and two kids. The access to Pebble Beach makes this better located than the three previous sea ranch homes we’ve stayed in. And again, the views were absolute perfection.Kurt, the host, was very friendly and excellent in his communication. We will definitely be back!
