A stunning villa on the top of the mountain overlooking the ocean and islands . The villa comes with multiple terraces, gardens, 2 swimming pools and one mini pool, unfolding on the landscape; very attractive for those who seek reclusiveness as well as for those who seek formal and informal gathering areas. We have an excellent chef and his wife does the cleaning and helps serving the table. They serve 3 meals a day and the staff hours are from 7.30 AM to 10 PM.

Beach Access, 24 hour surveillance, guests reviews. Based on availability you can rent one to six bedrooms (2 - 12 people)

The place was absolutely amazing - truly the perfect vacation. The views were breathtaking, the staff was incredibly attentive and the food was delicious. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. It was genuinely the trip of a lifetime, and we can’t wait to come back.

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this amazing and authentic property. The host was attentive and kind, the staff was helpful from the start. The home is gorgeous and fun. We especially loved the third pool on a cliff overlooking the ocean. Views, sunsets, service, food, all amazing.

Chef and maid were excellent. We ended up eating 90% of are meals at the house.Overall the house was nice, but it could use some TLC Thanks for the great time!

Amazing vacation

Incredible Stay In Ixtapa

We had a wonderful stay at Casa del Sol. The house is magnificent, and Teo and Juanita were even better. Couldn't reccommend more.

We had an amazing stay at Casa del Sol. The property is immaculate and Tello, Juanita and all of the staff provided above and beyond service and incredible food tailored to our preferences. Everything was perfect.

Everything about our stay was fabulous! The property was beautiful and well maintained. Views were stunning. Tello and his team took care of us and his food was delicious. Wish we could have stayed longer

The photos don't do this place any justice! It was better than expected. We had the most wonderful time! Excellent location nestled in the middle of the jungle. The communication with Agnes was also great. We have stayed at many houses with staff, but this was by far the best staff we've had. The chef was top-notch! They prepared the most delicious meals daily and spoiled all of us! We will definitely be back!

Another great visit to Casa Cordoba

This is our third visit to the property. Communication with the owner has always been easy. The property is always well maintained and the staff interaction always simple. I will see y’all in 2 years!

Best vacation ever!

Best vacation ever! The pictures don’t even do this house justice. It’s hard to describe the quality of the house, the view, the food and service by Tello and Juanita. It’s just a perfect experience! We’ve now been three times, and know we will go back!

A beautiful getaway!

This is our third experience as a group of 6 friends and it did not disappoint. The house and setting are one of a kind. The staff of Tello, Juanita and Lupicia took excellent care of us. They provided first class food, service and support throughout our stay. We plan to make this our annual destination to escape the snow and cold!

Stunning and Wonderful

This place takes the cake, incredible views, absolutely the best food and charming staff! I would come here over and over and recommend it to anyone! Tello made a wonderful cake for my 50th birthday and the host Agnes generously have me a beautiful hammock! Can't wait to come back and here the sounds of the jungle again!

Yearly paradise tradition

This is our third year in a row staying at this beautiful home. We have already booked for 2025. The setting and ocean views are unmatched. This year we saw humpback whales everyday! Tello, Juanita, Lupe and Louis take first class care of us; cooking fabulous meals, twice daily room turndowns and so fun. Highly recommend!

Even better than expected!

I can't say enough good things about the villa and staff! Tello, Lupita, and Juanita were fabulous hosts. All of the bedrooms are spaced out in a way that provides plenty of privacy and comfortable places to get away and relax away from your larger group. It was easy to access the beach and amenities at Pacifica resort, via the gondola. We also appreciated that the home owner Agnes, took the time to call and check in early in our stay. We cannot wait to visit again!

Until next year!

This was our second visit to Casa del Sol but the first time for all of our friends and our group can hardly wait to return again next year. Of course the property itself is spectacular but the hospitality of Agnes, Tello, Juanita, Lupe and Luis is second to none! And a shout out to Manuel and his transportation team who provided timely and friendly rides to and from the airport and on all of our excursions. Casa del Sol is not to be missed if you are looking for the vacation of a lifetime for you and your family and friends. Thank you!

Five Stars All Around

We had a wonderful stay at Casa del Sol. Tello, Juanita and Manuel were so helpful. The food was great & we got everything we asked for. Rooms were well supplied and clean. We enjoyed boat rental, atv tour & snorkel trip. The view is breathtaking. All of us girls may have had tears when we first saw it. Looking forward to returning for sure. We're even considering buying a place in Ixtapa. Can't say enough about it. Love the people, culture, mountains & beaches!

Just Paradise

This is our second time staying at the property. It was just as good as the first time. The on site staff couldn’t be better or more accommodating. Anything you want is available and anything you want to do to offsite is handled. The food prepared by Teo and his family is the best on the island. Be prepared to eat! Anges checks in to see if your stay is as good as it can be and is very warm and welcoming. You won’t find a better place to stay! Steve

Awesome!

This property has everything you could possibly want! It is beautiful, well-managed, and comfortable…as well as extremely luxurious. However, the very best part is the staff. The owner is very responsive to any inquiry or message. Tello and Juanita are wonderful hosts and take care of their guests better than I can describe. Tello’s cooking is totally amazing. There’s no better food anywhere! He is gracious, kind, helpful and a perfect host for this wonderful property. Thank you Tello and Juanita!!!

An Incredible Experience!

First, thank you VRBO for making this property available that lead to an incredible experience and vacation. Casa Del Sol is a very beautiful property with a view that has to be the best in Ixtapa. With this beautiful view, you also get to experience the best meals that are prepared by the great team of Tello and Juanita. You know that you are on a great vacation when you absolutely are looking forward to the next meal whether it is breakfast, lunch, or dinner that was prepared by them. Agnes was great to work with and always accommodating to our request. This is one of the places that can offer a vacation experience that not only stays with you for the rest of your life but will also stay with your family as well.

Ixtapa 2025

This was our 3rd time staying at this location. We went with family and extended family. We had a group of 9 this year. We go every 2 yrs and plan to continue this. The property is beautiful and has everything you need. The hosts and staff are wonderful and will take good care of you. They even have someone who comes and offers assistance with rides and excursions (Manuel is amazing) The owner of the property communicates well and helps with any questions. February is definitely the month to go! Bring bug spray or you can buy it there but I recommend having it.

Two Stays in Two Years - AMAZING!

We stayed here in 2021 and just got back from another stay in May 2023. We can't say enough good things about both stays! From the moment you arrive, you are greeted by the entire staff at the top of the villa. Your stay begins with these simple words from Tallo: "Welcome to your home." Agnes is always accessible and helps through the entire process. Tallo and his family are simply the best customer service you will ever experience. Tallo's cooking... unbelievably perfect. Even Manuel, who works with Agnes and Tallo, to take care of transportation and tours, is caring and so helpful. We will continue to return over and over again.

Magnificent

This property is a real gem! The gorgeous views from every room are breathtaking. There are so many areas with comfortable seating to relax and enjoy! The property affords privacy and yet enough space for a large group to be together. It was very easy to communicate with the owner and she answered every question and request promptly. I cannot say enough about the on-site staff! They were pleasant, welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly and responsive! We so much enjoyed being with them. By the end of our week we felt as though they had been friends forever. And….Tello’s meals were absolutely scrumptious! Each meal was beyond delicious!! He prepared everything with fresh ingredients and with obvious care! What a great vacation!!! Many thanks to Tello, Juanita and Lupe!!!
