THE RIDGE, a modern newer condo complex, sits on the hill just 1 block south of the base of Silver Mountain Resort and right on top of the Trail of the Coeur d alenes 72 mile paved bike trail. Spacious 2-bedroom condo with view of Silver Mountain resort and the beautiful mountain backdrop.

*Newer luxury condo, with wood accents, beautifully decorated with granite and slate tile. Very modern, cool in the summer and warm and cozy in the winter.
*Spectacular Views from the windows and balcony of your 2nd floor corner unit
*Sleeps 6 - Queen bed in master bedroom, 2 twin beds in second bedroom. Also two twin air mattresses for use, as well as very comfortable sofa.
* 2 spacious bathrooms. Bathroom off the master bedroom has a deep soaking tub, other bathroom has large enclosed shower.
*Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertop, adequately equipped for any meal preparation. Many essentials for meals are found in the cabinets, all available for guest use. Good selection of coffees, teas, cider, and hot chocolate also available for guests.
*Large walk-in storage closet.
*Gas fireplace in living room.
*42" Flat screen TV with cable.
*WIFI in unit

*Go down to the gondola base for a ride to the top of Silver Mountain to ski, board, mountain bike or ride and dine, depending on the season.
*Out the front door is the famous Rails to Trails - The Trail of the Coeur d’ Alenes 72 mile paved Bike Trail. Make sure to bring your bikes or you can rent them, just ask us.
*The Silver Valley is home to 3 golf courses, all beautiful and very unique.
*There are two wonderful ski areas in the Silver Valley--one out your front door, the other 15 miles to the east.
*Mine tours - See why it's called Silver Valley.
*Hiking - Make sure to hike the Pulaski Trail in Wallace and take a day trip to one of our many mountain lakes.
*Rafting/floating, boating - access to the beautiful North Fork of the Coeur d'Alene River is only a few miles away.
*Fishing and Hunting
*ATV's, motorcycles, and snowmobiles are free to roam here.
*Huckleberry picking in the summer.
*Condo is within walking distance of city park, swimming pool, and multiple basketball courts.

Family ski trip

Great place, exactly as advertised. Owner was very quick to respond and answer my questions/concerns. Will stay here again definitely! Fit our family of 5 very comfortably.

Perfect for family or ski trips

This is the third or fourth time I've stayed at this property, and wouldn't stay anywhere else when I'm in the area visiting family. Bonus this year was the lighting festival with parade and fireworks right off the deck.

Beautiful Condo in Kellogg

This condo was beautiful and big with comfortable furniture and nicely decorated. The hot tub is amazing! The condo is in a great location with grocery stores nearby and a short walk to the indoor water park and gondola. Stephanie is a great owner and easy to communicate with.

Wonderful place to stay.

Nice quiet location. Kitchen was outfitted better than most places we have stayed. 5 minute walk to the Gondola. Spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony enjoying the view.

Best place for much needed R&R

This condo is so relaxing. Its quiet, clean, has all the basics plus more that you need. Its like a second home. Stephanie is awesome and very easy to get a hold of if you need anything. We have stayed at this property a few times now. Love the location.

Fabulous condo!

Awesome for a family with skiers!

The condo was great and the cleanliness even better. Stephanie was always available to talk to by text and was most accommodating with any of our needs. Being so close to Silver Mountain resort was great for the gondola rides in the morning, and hitting the water park at nights. Will definitely be coming back! Thanks again!

Beautiful condo, great location for skiing, great hot tub/sauna/steamroom

We had a great 6-day ski trip here! Loved the condo - space is laid out really well, has an updated/luxury feel, and kitchen is nice-sized and well-appointed. Bedrooms and bedding worked great. Stephanie was great to work with and very communicative. The condo has a great location: 5-minute walk or short drive to the ski gondola. The building is nice, and the hot tub / steamroom / sauna area is a delight after skiing. We brought our AppleTV and connected it to the TV with HDMI, using the condo's wifi, and had access to Netflix, Amazon Prime video, all our movies, etc. We had an awesome time and hope to come back again!
