Upon arrival, we were notified that we could do early check-in at 2pm instead of 4pm. That was nice as we arrived around 1 pm. We opened the door and the room was dirty and had not been cleaned. We had already unloaded all of our stuff and sat in the hallway for two hours while cleaning staff cleaned the room. To management's credit, they gave me a 150 credit and sent a box of donuts the next day. They were very apologetic which I appreciated. The beach and the pool amenities were great.

Beautiful facilities, both condos we stayed in were really nice, coastal vibes went outta there way , to see we could move to the other flawlessly, very friendly and helpful staff every time we called, booked again for 2027 , thanks

Awesome stay.. SGT Matt Foster and his security team made you feel like home. From the easy check in to the amenities, staff and resort style living. I will highly recommend this location to anyone.

Accommodations were outstanding, check in and check out is the easiest ever. Very roomy we had two adults and 6 kids. The kids loved the pool area and the easy access to the beach. We will definitely return again.

Easiest rental process - fantastic vacation

Condo was exactly as described. Plenty of necessities as far kitchen etc, exceptionally large laundry area which was handy. Beds were comfy, weather was perfect ! Hope to book again with David as it was so easy start to finish !!

My family of 7 fit perfect in Waterscape A101. It was clean, comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. The beds were comfortable, plenty of bath towels and beach toys. I would definitely book here again.

Beach getaway

Very detailed information was emailed making check in process quickly and flawless. Great location, kids had an amazing time with all the amenities that were offered with our rental and happy kids equal fun vacation for parents! Property was clean the condo was clean. We will definitely be staying here again

My family of 7 fit perfect in Waterscape A101. It was clean, comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. The beds were comfortable, plenty of bath towels and beach toys. I would definitely book hear again.

Our family and friends really enjoyed this condo! This unit has super convenient access to the beach and all the pools and lazy river! The view is amazing and the ease of booking was greatly appreciated. We will certainly be headed back here in the very near future!!!

We really enjoyed the stay at Waterscapes. This is the fourth year we have stayed here. We love the pools and lazy river for the kids. The beach is great here too. I'm sure we will be back next year. Thank you so much for letting us rent your condo.

Perfect location and a very enjoyable stay

Most everything about the facility was exceptional and I loved sitting on the balcony with my coffee while it was still quiet and dark and watch the day come to life. The dryer took about 3 hours to dry a load of towels and the refrigerator and freezer were not working like they should. I would definitely return for another vacation.

Beautiful place!!

The condo was beautiful and tastefully decorated. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. Views were lovely from both master suites. Everything was clean and our one request to the property manager was taken care of almost immediately! The resort is fabulous and very well maintained. Our kids loved the pools and we all can't wait to come back next year!!
