You will only have for you a brand new well-furnished apartment, an exclusive outdoor space to relax, and you will be just minutes from the most beautiful beaches on the east coast. Among the many you can visit Lido di Orrì, Muxi, Foxi lions, Lido di Cea, Ponente and Porto Frailis or 6 of the 28 Sardinian beaches awarded with 2018 blue flags. Alternatively, take the more wild Ogliastra trekking paths.

The apartment is located in a small villa surrounded by greenery in the residential area of the town. A lush garden of 150 square meters will welcome you and in this context you will have the possibility of using the barbeque and having lunch / dinner or having breakfast outside, relaxing and taking advantage of a space exclusively for you where you can enjoy maximum tranquility and privacy. Your table, protected by an ornamental wooden gazebo is located at the back of the house and overlooks a garden sown with horticultural plants (tomatoes and aubergines) and aromatic plants.
You will have at your disposal a brand new 45 sqm basement apartment furnished in Sardinian style. Your space consists of bathroom with Jacuzzi, living room kitchen with double bed, single bedroom reserved.
The kitchen is well equipped and complete with hob, stove, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, TV, coffee machine (the pods are present and free for our guests), table and various tableware.
