Spacious 2br 2bath condo! On the canal with a boat lift!
Get ready for your beach vacation, just relaxing poolside, or some fishing with family or friends! Come get away! It's all up to you at this 2 bedroom fully furnished and spacious condominium at Compass Condos that will sleep up to 8. Fully equipped with all the comforts of home!
Very clean, family friendly, nonsmoking 3rd floor unit with no one above you. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the living room has a sleeper sofa with a queen sized upgraded mattress, and the second bedroom has twin bunk beds and a full bed. There is a pool on site with a shallow shelf for your little ones, and the beach is just a short drive away. Within walking distance you can go out to eat donuts, pizza, burgers and frozen yogurt. You can also walk to CVS for anything else you may need or there is and Island Market/IGA just down the street. The swimming pool has a shallow area 1.6-2 feet deep that is perfect for small children. The pool also offers a covered area for those who want to take a break from the sun. There is a one car garage for storing fishing or sandy beach items, as well as a boat slip and lift that is available upon request. An elevator is located by the pool if you need it, and we live right here on the island in case you need anything at all!
Other than the miles of beaches, there is a variety of things to do in the area. Fishing is in our blood and we would love to point you in the right direction. We have a boat slip that is available upon request at no extra cost and there is also a fish cleaning station for your use. Very nearby is shopping at souvenir shops, golfing at Oso Beach or Lozano, Treasure Island Golf & Games for miniature golf, and horseback riding at Horses on the Beach. Just across the bridge is a trampoline park, Jumping World, and Funtrackers with bumper boats, bungy dome, ropes course, go-carts and more. If you want to go into Corpus Christi, there is Century movie theater, WWII aircraft carrier USS Lexington, Texas State Aquarium, Hurricane Alley Waterpark, South Texas Botanical Gardens, Bowlero, or La Palmera Mall. Property was very nice and the AC cool. Lots of space in kitchen and rooms!!!! The kids were able to spread out and not have everyone on top of each other.The garage space was nice to use for quick drop off of gear.Will definitely stay again. Super responsive and worked with us on timing and that was just wonderful. We had a blast and slept great!

We loved our stay. The condo was nice and clean. Close to the beach. Fishing available right outside on the bay. We parked our Polaris in the little garage. We sat outside on the balcony in the evenings, which was really peaceful. Kandi was a great hostess. She met us there when we got there and showed us around. We will definitely stay there again!

Great stay!
We greatly enjoyed our stay here! It was clean, welcoming, and the host communicated very well and was very accommodating. We hope to be back soon!

Wonderful place for a beach getaway!
We enjoyed our stay so much! The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and eating their breakfast on the balcony. The drive to the beach was easy and very quick. Will definitely book again!

Perfect Family Condo
This condon was absolutely perfect! It was clean and had the space for our family to enjoy all Port A area had to offer. We will be booking again soon!

Best family vacation!!
My kids and family had SO much fun here, the property is surrounded by so many things, and we even got to walk over to the souvenir shop! The condo is super spacious, and the owner was so friendly!

Great Place to Stay
Kandi was gracious in our spontaneous fishing trip at the Gulf. We loved the place. The place was spacious and the whole family was very comfortable. We hope that we can come back again to share more memories.

Relaxing and cozy!
I had the most relaxing stay! The canal view is amazing and we even saw a dolphin swimming around. I really enjoyed the swimming pool and proximity to the beach. Kandi is amazing and I’d definitely recommend this place!

Great Vacation
Our family trip was perfect. This place was perfect and as advertised on the web site. The property manager met us there and walked us through everything to be sure we had a successful stay. The check out was easy and we are ready to come back. This property was 5 minute drive to the beach. You can't go wrong with this place.

Beautiful View
This was a great property, close to everything. It had a great view and was reasonably priced. Kandi was a great host and checked on us regularly! Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful, Clean, Great Location, and Great Property Manager
We loved our stay. The condo is very nice, clean, right on the water, and very relaxing. The condo had everything we needed and the property manager communicated with us before and during our stay. We will definitely be back.

We fell in love with the island while living in San Antonio. My husband is an avid fisherman and we would often come to "get away." Our three kids love the beach and just taking a boat ride to watch some dolphins, find our own private piece of the water, go skiing or tubing, or drive the boat right up to the dock at Snoopy's for some ice cream has always been great fun for our family. We now live on the island and we are so excited to share this vacation home of ours with you!

Being on a canal gives the opportunity to sit out on the balcony with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine and look out at the water and feel the breeze while you watch the sunset and the birds. Being on the top floor offers privacy and great views. Having both a pool steps away along with a boat slip is a great find. Also, it is very spacious! Traveling with kids and all their stuff or with extended family, means the more space the better, and this condominium offers space and separation that can be so needed on a vacation!
