Upon entering Regency Towers #808 West, you will discover the inviting floor plan that was designed to offer both a cozy open living experience, as well as relaxing seclusion. This top floor corner condo features a generous open living area, perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing. The updated kitchen, that boasts granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, overlooks the dining and living area, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The six seat dining table is the perfect place to gather for a delicious home cooked dinner. After dinner, head out to your very own private balcony to savor the magical Gulf Coast sunset, then snuggle up in the comfortable living room for a movie or game night.

Tucked away from the main living space in their own corners of the condo, the three bedrooms offer privacy and comfort, providing a peaceful sanctuary for each guest after a day of adventure. When we arrived door code was wrong given in email had to call for correct code then pass for cars were not in room that was supposed to be had to call for that zero toilet paper in all bathrooms zero paper towels not even kitchen towels no hand soap chair broke on balcony beach wagon in closet smelled like dead fish had to sit it out in hallway bugs in kitchen other than these things that can easily be fixed beds were clean and comfortable

Our family of four adults plus one dog really enjoyed our stay! Quiet location away from bustling commercial district. Condo was so roomy. Being a corner unit offered great light. Pet walking area was convenient. Hughly recommend!

Excellent location gorgeous view!

Beautiful property! Lots of space providing privacy for large groups. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, excellent gathering space for families or get togethers.

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had on a trip. Our vacation was ruined. From the beginning this place was awful. The room wasn’t cleaned appropriately. We found crumbs, empty water bottles, dirty surfaces and stains on the couch. The worst part was the roach infestation. There were roaches everywhere! We found one in the coffee pot which you can tell had never been washed. I brought this to the attention of the company and I was told the cleaning crew could come out the next day. I asked for a refund and was told that wasn’t possible, but could get a partial cleaning fee credit. We tried to give them an opportunity to rectify the situation. The NEXT day the cleaning crew came and I literally think they just made the bed. The water bottles were still left behind and the coffee pot wasn’t touched. We found even more roaches and discovered an infestation behind the couch when we saw them crawling from underneath. We were told the HOA sprayed before and we needed to give time for the chemicals to work. We ended up leaving that night once we secured another location we could move to. It took days for us to secure a refund and this vacation was ruined. To allow this shows lack of oversight and management. You can’t charge premium prices for filth. Never again.

White sands... Beautiful Views

We had a great time. The space was perfect with extra room. Enjoyed the views, the property was well maintained, and the unit was very up to date. Would stay here again.

Regency Towers

We had a great time on vacation here. Our condo was incredible and had everything we needed and more. Tubs and showers could use a better cleaning but overall the rest of the place was very clean. The views all around were amazing and the condo was very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay at Regency Towers. Would love to return in the future.

Wonderful long weekend

Our stay at 808W was a great place for a long weekend with the kids. Beautiful view of the gulf and the bay from the 8th floor, with easy access to the beach. Great kitchen and dining space. Comfortable living and sleeping arrangement for six of us. Bring your own pillows. Rental staff and complex staff very friendly and helpful. Absolutely would stay here again.

Very Nice Property

Loved this condo. Fit 4 adults and 2 kids perfectly. Had extra toys and chairs for the beach in the closet. Condo is gorgeous and close to beach and pool. Slight fish smell out the back door and lobby but other than that great experience. We will definitely come back. Also its close to everything a little bit further down the strip but not terrible.

Arrival was stressful. Arrived at 7.30pm and condo code did not work. Difficult to call at that hour. Thankfully neighbor helped us and code was recoded.

Great view and a good place for family reunion

We enjoyed our stay at 808 west. Our family loves to do lots of cooking so we found the kitchen worked well. There were a few basics that the condo did not provide ( garbage bags and a hair dryer and coffee filters). The management team was also helpful with questions. We have stayed in many VRBO properties and have almost always been lucky to find nice places to stay. If we return to Pensacola Beach, we will probably choose a house over a condo because we would rather be closer to the beach but that is just our personal preference.

Very clean and nice!

We did have some trouble getting in the first day because of a low battery in the door lock keypad. It was taken care of by the next morning. The entire condo was very nice and the kitchen was unexpectedly well stocked with various kitchen appliances including an air fryer, Toaster oven, and lots more. One complaint was the couch was not very comfortable. It was very well used and was hard to sit four people on it comfortably because of the low back and worn cushions. There was also a light in our bathroom that flickered that was kind of annoying but other than that everything was very nice. It’s comfortable And the view are spectacular!

The condo was great but the property was horrible. One of my most horrible experiences on the beach.

I have no complaints about the condo. It was nice, had plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids and had a nicely stocked kitchen. The condo itself was fantastic. The Regency Towers property however, was horrible. I had my wallet stolen, my husband's expensive flip flops were stolen, our float was stolen out of the lobby, our truck was vandalized, the full time residents were incredibly rude the grounds keeper screamed at everyone in the pool area for imagined infractions and there was only one working elevator for the west tower. One elevator for 64 rooms. I have stayed up and down Perdido and Pensacola Beach for the past 10 years, I stay at the beach 2 - 3 times a year and I have never had this horrible of an experience. This is one property that I will never stay at again.

We could see the beach from our room. The problem for us was we paid the higher price and booked short term just for access to the beach.The rental company did not convey in any way that the beach was going to be closed. We were allowed to get on beach with huge steel pipes on Sunday which was better than nothing. They were notified per the county andtold us they were not aware it would be closed. Another tenant told me she got a copy of the scheduled closings from the visitor center. So many people said they knew nothing about even a chance it could be closed. Seriously during Spring break?? Then we got locked out of our room half a day with our dog, keys, purse, money locked in our room.Had to make three calls to get in and found out the battery to key pad was dead. No Internet or TV last 24 hours of our stay, dryer did not dry good and made a terrible noise. The real estate company text me on our way, they were going to show it the next day. Which we did not know this unit was for sale. I requested them not show during our stay, but they did anyway. Worse ordeal we have ever had with a rental. With all that being said the unit is laid out good, clean and stocked with pots and pan and dishes.Also had a lot of beach equipment, which was very nice!! Sad we didn’t get to use it more. NO salt, pepper, coffee, etc. We had a problem with management and would be very upset if it were my condo.

Wonderful experience

Very nice property. Only concern was that children were able to open balcony door because it didn’t lock. We bought a child safe gate for extra protection. We left it for future renters to use. Perfect location, pool was perfect, overall just wonderful!!

The place was everything that was advertised!

It was wonderful stocked with all appliances big and small needed. Everything was first rate!! I would stay here again!!!! Perfect vacation with my family

Great View

The unit had great views from all windows. Clean and spacious. We were 3 moms with 3 daughters and it filled our needs.

Great, updated, clean place! Right on the beach!

Love it! I especially love that no keys are required. Comfortable, clean, and roomy! Great view! It was so nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit! Didn’t need to bring nearly as much as we did because of the access! Would definitely stay here again.
