a couple small things to look out for

Our stay was great.. Everything was wonderful, except that the fridge and freezer doors were hard to close. Additionally, the TV in the living room doesn't allow you to watch cable or connect to the internet. Just beware if they say 9am is checkout, at 8:45am, they reset the door code. At 9 sharp, cleaning women walk in the door and start to clean

Great spot to chill by the beach

Excellent view from the 5th floor, both rooms have their own bathroom and balcony! Will come back again.

Quiet in October

I spent 5 days at the property with my daughter. The beach was quiet.It wasn’t crowded. The view of the ocean was great from the condo. The bed was comfortable. It was a very nice stay.

Great Beachfront Condo

This condo was great! We enjoyed being able to see the beach from every window the condo has. The building itself is very peaceful. Great beach access as well. We will definitely recommend this condo to our family and friends.

This condo is always clean. Easy process and I love how close it is to the beach. The beach is less occupied so it is perfect for relaxing.

BEAUTIFUL VIEW AND PERFECT LOCATION

AMAZING PROPERTY! THE VIEW FROM THE BALCONY WERE STUNNING. SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH. THE POOL WAS ALWAYS NICE AND CLEAN. WILL DEFINITLY COME BACK. LOVED IT!!

Property was nice. A little musty and a few roaches but all in all we had a wonderful time. The proximity to the beach from this condo is perfect! We hope to visit again soon!

The unit itself was perfect but check was horrible for us and dishes in the cabinet were dirty, but overall a nice place and we enjoyed ourselves.

A nightmare condo!

Where do I start? Broken beds, dark mold on shower doors and other places, WiFi that didn’t work, stained thin cushions, meager kitchen supplies, needed deep cleaning and a ridiculous checkout time to name a few of the things that were wrong. The location was great and the manager was sympathetic but there was only so much they could do.

Nice Week away

This property is in a nice quiet part of Pensacola. The pool is clean and the beach is right there. We had a great view of the pool and beach. This unit is older than ones I've stayed in before, but was good. And the bed configuration was exactly what we needed and each room has it's own bathroom! And good water pressure. Most things are provided. Little things were missing, like a pizza cutter, and basic spices like salt and pepper. Otherwise I felt it had everything we needed. (you do need to bring your own paper towels and TP, they did have one roll to get you started). They had a small thing of dish soap and two dishwasher tabs which was all we needed for the week. Overall Great stay.

Situated right on the beach!

Having stayed in this exact unit before, I was surprised to see that maintenance has been left unattended from 3 years ago. Decor was in serious need of cleaning. Kitchen was in need of containers with matching lids, several small appliances were extremely dirty. We found a box fan for extra circulation, but when plugged in, we found that it did not work. The tvs in both bedrooms had to be reset each time they were turned on. All wicker pieces of furniture were found taped together. This unit needs new bedding that isn't torn or stained as well as new pieces of furniture that isn't falling apart or stained. We still enjoyed our vacation, but certainly not because of unit amenities.
