We modified our check in times to accommodate extra covid protocols and have since returned to a guaranteed 4pm check in time for all new bookings. We were unaware of any appliance issues during your stay and apologize if anything wasn't working properly. We will also be sure to replace the hair dryers. We endeavor to provide our guests with all they might need in the kitchen and we’re sorry that you were disappointed. We provide all paper & soap products and replenish these items as needed. We also provide a bottle of olive oil along with salt & pepper grinders and are happy to provide extras like foil and plastic wrap upon request. As each guest’s vacation needs are different, we start with a standard offering and accommodate guests to the best of our ability and according to the individual guest’s wishes.
