This is NOT a party/partiers home! ***The sixth bedroom is an option and includes the RV garage for an additional fee.*** See photos for pricing! The room with two beds! Huge pool, spa, pool table, 2 wet bars, large fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Plenty of seating for family and friends. Sleeping: Master-1 king bed, Bedroom 2- 2 queen beds, Bedroom 3- King bed, Bedroom 4- King bed, Bedroom 5- king bed, Bedroom 6- King bed, 2 fireplaces, fire pit in yard, 2 car garage, 35'Rv garage and plenty of off street secluded boat/car parking. Gas BBQ, great patio with lake views and seating. Large great room to relax and watch TV. Dish TV with all the channels and free WIFI of course! Pool can be heated at $85 per day. Great Family Getaway

Beautiful house with all the amenities. The swimming pool is large and perfect for family fun after a day at the Lake. Loved playing billiards and having a “putting tournament” with the group. Super fun house!

Beautiful house. Great host!!

We’ve stayed in several homes in Havasu over the years and this one was far and away the best one yet! Very spacious for our large family group, very well equipped and very clean! The host was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. Overall, we had a great week in this beautiful home.

Amazing family trip

The layout of the house was perfect for our large family and kids. They loved the pool and was great pool table for the adults. Definitely recommend for larger families or groups

Lovely Views & Beautiful Home

We stayed for a family getaway for my Mom’s 80th birthday It was great to have separate space for everyone, there was a pool table and putting green. Close to the lake and water activities.

We loved the house and the pool was amazing! The kitchen had pretty much everything you need. Kelli was so nice and accommodating! Watching the 4th of July fireworks from the roof was amazing. The rooms are spacious and it was great to have so many bathrooms. I would definitely stay there again! Lovely home!

Beautiful House, Lake Havasu AZ

We had a great time staying at this home. Kelli , the property manager was very helpful and welcoming. The house was very clean and perfect size for a two family vacation. The kids loved playing in the pool everyday after a day on the lake. Looking forward to staying here again!

Family get together

We loved this place!!! It was so clean and well stocked. The property manager was very accommodating making checkin easy. The location was great making it easy to boat on the lake. There was so much to do in the house but we really were outside most of the time enjoying the pool which had lots of floats provided. Watching the sunset from the roof was also a treat. We will definitely return!

LHC REUNION

The property is like your own private Resort. Kelli was extremely helpful. Part of the family grew up in LHC. Commented how nice the property was. Spent time on the water, but mostly at the property.

Wonderful

We had a family reunion and loved our stay. The communication with the Host could not have been better. The kitchen was well stocked, the large family room was perfect, the beds were very comfortable, and there was ample parking. We especially enjoyed the backyard as it felt like we had our own private resort. Overall an excellent stay and experience.

Family vaca 2020

This house was great super nice and was very clean and had a tons of room. The pool was huge and provided countless hours of entertainment for the kids and adults! Kelli was super helpful and responded very quickly with a couple of requests we had! I will most definitely be staying here again!!!!

This was an amazing place . We celebrated my wife’s birthday with just our family . Kelli was pleasant and explained everything with this property . The layout was great and the back yard was , well you can see 😊

Best vacation ever!!!

This home was beyond amazing!! Kelli was great!! She met us and gave us a tour of the house. We had a party of eight in including teenagers and they did not want to leave. This place is definitely on our list to go again!! Absolutely 💯

Beautiful property, perfect for family.

We rented the house so that we could attend a family reunion nearby. I was joined by my 3 kids, their spouses and kids. Each family had a lovely "suite" of sorts. And I was in the room with direct access to the pool. We loved spending time together. The pool is lovely and so great for the whole family.

Beautiful house and yard!

This house was very comfortable for 2 families! The pool, hot tub and putting green was a hit with the kids and adults alike. When the kids got tired of the sun they went downstairs and played pool! Kelli (property manager) was fabulous and so easy to work with. We’re already planning another trip back to this property!

Beautiful Home!

This house was incredible! We had 13 people in all and the house was very accommodating. Everyone's favorite area was definitely the back yard swimming pool. Many memories made. The house is in a very nice area and close to the shops downtown. So glad we found this house, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
