I’ll be back!

Prime location, well-appointed, and well-supplied. Definitely 1 of the best places I’ve visited. Not only that but you’d be hard-pressed to find better hosts than Elena and Antonio. They are fantastic! When I return to Rimini, I’ll be sure to check here first for lodging.

Fantastico!!

I honestly cannot speak highly enough of hosts Elena and Antonio. Gracious, warm, kind, and fun come to mind. The property is located near several wonderful restaurants and is about .30 of a mile (15 minute walk from the train station. It is well stocked and has two bedrooms, a living room , kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, and a washer dryer. If you need a place in Rimini that is central..don’t hesitate to stay here. Grazie!

Matt and Victoria were patient and very friendly hosts. For a small inconvenience to the boiler they had to have a little patience, we apologize. Despite the rain we hope they enjoyed the historic center and the many nearby restaurants. A sincere thank you! Matt e Victoria erano dei padroni di casa pazienti e molto amichevoli. Per un piccolo inconveniente alla caldaia hanno dovuto avere un po' di pazienza, ci scusiamo. Is there anything superior in Rimini? No

Home Sweet Home is an exemplary place to base a visit in Rimini and surroundings. The apartment is on one level at street level after passing into a courtyard. Quiet and secure. I would love to meet the designer who laid out the place. Everything is perfect and respectful of the old building while speaking to the best of modern Italian design. Every appliance is of outstanding quality and function including the magical washing machine which automatically turns into a dryer at the end of the cycle. Rimini has tons of activities, sights and distractions. It’s a great small city. The host kindly provided a designated underground parking spot in a nearby garage. A car is not necessary but we needed one for the onward journey. We visited Ravenna By train. The station is a nice 15 minute walk that is flat. We stayed as a couple and used the second bedroom as the dressing room. The place Would be super for a family. The hosts are very informative and attentive. Anything you can imagine wanting is in the unit if you look for it. The handbook that comes with the place is the most extensive we’ve seen. The pantry and fridge were well stocked with plenty of breakfast fixings. There are no shortcomings on any metric.

Merci de votre visite; nous avons été ravis de vous accueillir. Nous sommes désolés que vous ayez eu un peu chaud; c'est étonnant, car la maison est particulièrement fraîche grâce à ses murs de 50 cm d'épaisseur, mais il est vrai que l'été a été très particulier cette année. La climatisation a été installée l'an dernier et est de dernière génération ; vous avez sans doute remarqué l'absence de moteur extérieur, car son installation n'était tout simplement pas possible. Dans un immeuble classé par les Monuments historiques, c'est la seule solution autorisée. Cordialement.

Wir kommen wieder

Wir waren zum 2. mal in dieser Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist sillvoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet, liegt sehr zentral und Elena und Antonio sind sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter. Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Wir würden diese Unterkunft immer wieder buchen.

Unvergesslicher Urlaub

Rimini ist immer eine Reise wert! Mit diesen großartigen Gastgebern und der liebevoll gestalteten Wohnung in einer perfekten Lage war es eine unvergessliche Zeit. In der Wohnung war alles großartig vorbereitet. Elena und Antonio haben sogar Kaffee und Frühstück bereitgestellt. Die Wohnung hatte alles (und noch viel mehr) wie beschrieben. Elena und Antonio sind hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend - beide sind sehr sympathisch. Wir werden diese Wohnung sicher wieder buchen, sie ist der optimale Ausgangspunkt, um den Puls der Stadt zu spüren.

Tolle Wohnung, sehr nette Vermieter, zentrale Lage

Die Vermieter sind toll. Wirklich nette Personen. Wir wurde so herzlich empfangen. Es gab per Google Maps eine genaue Wegbeschreibung zum Parkplatz. Direkt daneben ist dann der Stellplatz in einer Tiefgarage. Von dort aus sind es 5min. zur Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist so liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet, dass hat uns gut gefallen. Selbst Kaffeepads, Selters, Pudding, Törtchen, Snaks, Kekse, Gewürze, Öl und vieles mehr ist für die Gäste vorhanden. Der einzige Nachteil, es kann Nachts laut werden. Die Müllabfuhr kommt auch mitten in der Nacht am Wochenende und gegenüber in ca. 6m Entfernung ist eine Bäckerei die nachts beliefert wird und arbeitet. Mich hat es nicht so gestört, könnte aber für Lärmempfindliche störend sein. Zum Strand sind es je nach Weg zu Fuß 22-32 Minuten.Man kann aber auch den Bus oder eine E-Roller nehmen. Der Strand von Rimini ist schon toll. Wir waren nur tagsüber dort, abends ist dort mit Sicherheit viel los. Wir aber bevorzugen die Altstadt. Mit eine wenig Suche entdeckt man in den Nebenstrassen tolle und günstige Restaurants und Bars. Für ein Gin.Tonic könnt ihr 6 oder aber auch 13 Euro ausgeben. Geht also dort hin, wo auch die Einheimischen essen und trinken. Am Strand wird man versuchen euch immer die teuersten Plätze anzubieten mit dem Vermerk, dass alle anderen schon belegt sind. Einfach weitergehen und schon sind doch noch günstige Plätze vorhanden. Die sind weiter weg vom Wasser, dafür aber auch ruhiger. Ich mag dieses Flair am Strand.

Absolut hilfsbereite und großzügige Vermieter, eine traumhafte und ruhige Lage am Rande von Riminis Altstadt und eine tolle Atmosphäre in der Wohnung in einem alten Palast. Hoffentlich bis zum nächsten Mal!

Zentral und trotzdem ruhig

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und ist trotzdem ruhig. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit passendem Geschirr und geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Gastlichkeit schreiben die Vermieter ganz groß, dies beinhaltet nicht nur alles, was im Haushalt benötigt wird, es gab sogar gekühltes Wasser und und einen großen Vorrat an kleinen Snacks zur freien Verwendung. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist die Garage in Laufweite. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns aber das warme Gefühl des Willkommenseins, die Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit der Gastgeber. Wir bedanken uns besonders bei Elena und Antonio!

La dolce vita

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la location. Les propriétaires Antonio et Elena ont été particulièrement accueillants à notre arrivée. Ils nous ont fourni beaucoup d'informations sur la ville, le centre historique, les choses à découvrir, etc... De plus l'appartement est idéalement situé à l'entrée du centre historique, à moins de 100 m d'une boulangerie et d'une petite épicerie. Le garage se trouve à 200m, et l'appartement est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce, il est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et des équipements de qualité. De plus, une agréable surprise attend les hôtes à leur arrivée : corbeille de fruits frais, bouteilles d'eau au frais, yaourts, café, thé, biscuits, biscottes, croissants, confitures, choco... de quoi bien débuter la journée. Merci Antonio et Elena de votre gentillesse et disponibilité.

Lavoro/vacanza in una casa accogliente, in una città viva e vivibile

Il tempo passato come ospiti di Elena e Antonio nella loro Casa dolce Casa è stato piacevole e indimenticabile. Complimenti a chi ha pensato la ristrutturazione, il decoro, i colori, l'arredo, bello e funzionale. La casa ci ha accolto equipaggiata di tutto quanto avessimo bisogno e anche qualcosa in più. Bellissimi i libri a disposizione. Elena e Antonio ci hanno aiutato e ci hanno inviato suggerimenti per godere al meglio la vacanza. Abbiamo lasciato a malincuore "Casa dolce Casa" e Rimini, e non vediamo l'ora di ritornare :-) Guido e Silvia

An authentic stay in Rimini

Great apartment. Exceeded our expectations. Perfect location to stay in Rimini and visit historical sites and even walking to the beach was easy. Lots of shops and restaurants are all within a short walk. The apartment itself is situated in a historical area of the town and decorated in a simple yet modern way. We found it practical for a family of four and enough space for all of us. The kitchen was also well equipped for what we needed. The underground parking being just a short stroll across the Ponte di Tiberio was also greatly appreciated. Antonio and Elena were great hosts welcoming us on arrival and ensuring we had all we needed to make our stay comfortable. They even provided us tips on how to get around and restaurant recommendations in the area. They were great ambassadors of the city and really exceeded our expectations. Thanks again Antonio and Elena.
