Lower level 2 bedroom condo , 2 bathroom, located in the beautiful, guard-gated Desert Falls Country Club in Palm Desert. Located on 5th fairway. Enjoy double fairway and mountain views from the east facing patio. Interior repainted recently, upgraded bathrooms.
Desert Falls , offers many amenities, including 34 pools and spas, 9 lighted tennis courts, picket ball, a state of the art fitness facility and a modern clubhouse with a lounge and inside and outside dining areas. For golfers, the community features an 18 hole championship golf course . Fee per play.
Guests have access to fitness centre (all new equipment) and tennis included.
This ground level condominium features a spacious living room with a fireplace and dining area, kitchen with a breakfast nook, large master suite , upgraded ensuite with shower ,double vanity . King-size bed in the master and Queen in second bedroom. The family room and master bedroom have a smart TV.

What a great place to stay! The unit was clean, close to the pool and many amenities close by. Glen was also very responsive to any needs or questions we had. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Glens condo in Desert Falls. It was one of the best stocked VRBO condos in which we've ever stayed. The location is perfect with easy access to the Cook St gate. It has a wonderful view of the golf course with the mountains of Joshua Tree National Park off in the distance (beautiful sunrises!) Would definitely rent this unit again in the future.

This property is very spacious, clean, and well appointed. It was so nice to have everything we might need in the kitchen. The host was readily available with any questions we had. I definitely would stay there again. The pool was just a short distance away and well maintained.

The owner was gracious and attentive. That was much appreciated. The unit was surface clean but should be deep cleaned. The unit is dated and well worn. A new King bed and bedding for the Master would be a great improvement. The location is really nice. We had to clean the patio but the furniture is fine.

Delightful Place

This is a great location, right on the golf course. Everything that we needed was there. The beds are comfortable. There is a good gym, tennis and Pickleball courts within walking distance. The owner is super accommodating. We spent the whole month of March there and would definitely return if the opportunity presented itself.

Fun vaca

My wife and I stay in Palm Desert each New Years and we chose Desert Falls for the first time. 22 with a beautiful, spacious living room.The condo is in good shape with fairly new appliances and a nice covered patio facing the 5th fairway. The pool is only 50/75 yards away.The complex is kept immaculate and the golf course is semI private do we were able to pay to .. We had dinner in the club House one evening. We stayed five days and thoroughly enjoyed the condo during our stay We’ll be back

Wonderful condo to stay in, perfect location

Our stay in desert falls at Glen’s condo was fabulous. From booking to departure glen was professional and a pleasure to deal with. The condo was exactly as shown in the photos. It was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed for our month long stay. It was lovely sitting out on the patio, enjoying our morning coffee or meals or simply watching the golfers go by. Glen’s caretaker Julie was accessible and a great to deal with as well. We will definitely be returning next year and hopefully for many years to come. We highly recommend this rental.

Great Location on Golf Course

We stayed in this lovely condo the in May; Everything we wanted or needed was provided in the condo along with wonderful views of golf course & mountains. Glen was very responsive from initial contact to departure. The online photos are a true representation of the apartment – spacious, tastefully furnished and well maintained. Desert Falls is a lovely country club with a well-equipped gym and tennis courts available to guests at no charge. The swimming pool is less than a minute from the condo. The location is central to shopping, sightseeing, hiking and other activities. We will return....

Awesome Vacation Rental

We have stayed here for the last 3 years and it always feels like home - clean, spacious comfortable and well stocked. We enjoy the amazing view from the patio looking over the golf course towards the mountains. The sunrises are truly fantastic! This condo is within close proximity to a beautiful pool and hot tub. Having access to the Fitness Centre and Tennis Club is a bonus. Ralph's Grocery Store, Drug Store and Restaurants are all within walking distance. The Property Manager is always close by if needed. We are already looking forward to our stay next year!

Excellent property

Wonderful week. This condo is very clean and neat in a gated community. We felt right at home and very safe. Having a property manager was great knowing someone was close if you needed them. A very nice pool is just across the street from the condo and the patio faces the golf course. Desert Falls is central to most golf courses, restaurants, a large grocery store, and about a mile from I-10. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo had ceiling fans in the kitchen, living room, and large bedroom. We will definitely request this property when we return to Palm Desert.
