This great-looking 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is in the gated community of Desert Falls Country Club in Palm Desert. The pool and hot tub complex is a short jaunt from the unit yet you still enjoy some privacy and quiet at this beautiful desert getaway. This unit is a lower level, end unit that is comfortable and well appointed. This is a great space for relaxing but also for entertaining. The patio with a Weber natural gas grill has stunning mountain views. This unit offers updated kitchen appliances, 2 flat screen televisions and great Wi-Fi coverage.

As a guest of ours you have full and complimentary access to the Desert Falls Country Club state of the art fitness facilities and that includes tennis courts and pickle ball courts. Desert Falls Country Club is a public course so come hit the links on one of the highest rated “Scottish Links courses”, enjoy a sunset cocktail in the beautiful clubhouse after and retire to your gorgeous home to get some rest and relaxation before doing it all again the next day.

Speaking of the neighborhood, you don’t get better or more centrally located than Desert Falls Country Club. The home is conveniently located just minutes from the I-10 freeway, shopping and restaurants galore, hiking trails, art galleries and so much more. Want to golf? There are dozens of incredible public courses nearby including the incomparable Desert Willow Golf Resort with the Firecliff and Mountain View courses just right around the corner.

Great property, steps from pool - very comfortable

Electronics worked as instructed, home HVAC was set and forget for best comfort. Had kitchen supplied with cooking pans/dishes etc...would stay again.

Great stay in Palm Desert

The condo was great for the three of us. We were pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was with all kinds of utensils and pans….perfect for a longer stay. The location of the condo was very central for us. The pool is close by and the grounds are immaculate. The condo was as clean as described. Great rental!

Palm Desert oasis

The listing is exactly as described. Loved the updated bathrooms. Drew gave excellent instructions and prompt feedback. Location was 25 minutes to all destinations including downtown Palm Springs. Unit was very quiet yet walking distance to shopping. Hope we can return next year.

Wonderful get away stay :)

House looked exactly as advertised, pool was a much needed refreshment during our stay and love the convenient proximity of its location. Would highly recommend this for Coachella Music Festival and weekend getaways!

Great place to stay for Stagecoach

We stayed here for stagecoach due to how close it was to the shuttle stops. It was a great location and place to stay for my group of 4. Working with Drew was extremely easy and when we had any questions about the property he was quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Lovely stay

We enjoyed this condo and glad we booked the first level. The pool is a short walk away Unit was well stocked. It’s a quiet unit. Having a washer, dryer and dishwasher was great The amenities at the club house was great are oickle ball players but the restaurant wasn’t open We would stay here again and Drew was very responsive

Great property!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was exceptionally clean and comfortable with everything needed right there. Drew was very attentive, checking in to be sure everything was as expected. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, great location

We loved our stay here, communication with Drew was great! The bed was so comfortable, kitchen very well supplied and the lanai and proximity to the pool was wonderful. Exceeded our expectations, would definitely return and recommend this home!

Amazing

We rented this property for our stay for a face competition. It was so much better than staying in a hotel. Everything was wonderful. Drew was an excellent host.

Very Comfortable Place to Stay

Fabulous Short-Notice Getaway!

Drew and his property are amazing! We contacted him a day before arrival and he was able to accommodate us for a short trip with our Marine son who had a 72-hour leave. He even let us check-in early so we could maximize the limited time we all had together. The property itself is quiet and beautiful and was perfect for our family of four! We can't wait to come back!

Amazing Condo Close to the Polo Fields

My girlfriend and I stayed at Drew’s wonderful home for the second weekend of Coachella. Drew was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with. The house was extremely clean and had all the bells and whistles. Will definitely book again with Drew the next time we are in the desert.
