This was a lovely little cottage for 2, modern facilities, cosy and comfortable.

This was a lovely little cottage for 2, modern facilities, cosy and comfortable. Small garden/patio area to sit out on a nice day. Left one star off due to amount of cobwebs around otherwise a nice place to stay whether for long weekend or week.

Beautiful little cottage immaculately presented sat in the heart of Wainfleet.This idyllic little cottage is owned and managed by the best of Hosts who have catered for your every need to enjoy all that Lincolnshire has to offer whilst not having to worry about your accommodation. I'm more than happy to share such a wonderful homely experience with the knowledge that I will always book again given the opportunity to do so. The pictures don't do the property or the owners justice for what they have put together for others to enjoy.A truly beautiful little Cottage and one which I will set all my future expectations by.My heartfelt and sincere thanks to Vicky and Matt for all that they have done...

The owners are lovely, helpful and kind and very responsive. The cottage is small but has everything. The only minor issue is narrow stairs which elderly or people with mobility issues might find difficult.
