This luxurious unit features 1.5 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests (maximum guest count). Conveniently located on the 16th floor, our condo offers an exquisite view of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, while a twin-bunk room provides additional sleeping space. In the living area, you'll find a 42"flat screen TV, DVD player, and a queen sleeper sofa with a cozy 6" innerspring mattress. Each room is equipped with its own TV, ensuring everyone can enjoy their favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking and serving meals, and there's a dining table in the living room as well as an additional table on the balcony, allowing you to savor your meals with a breathtaking ocean view. Room smelled like mildew and funk. The carpet was filthy and the smell in the room so sooo bad. The mattresses you could feel the springs. Not comfortable at all. Not stocked well on dishes/pots and pans. The frying pan was not usable. Cigarette burns and tears all over the balcony furniture. The couch needs to be in the trash. We couldn’t sit on it without being uncomfortable, squeaky. For the price I expected better. By far the worst condo I have ever rented. We stayed on balcony to avoid the smell. Beautiful view just a super bad smell in the room. Needs a complete make over and that carpet should be ripped out!

Thank you for your feedback. We do want to clarify several points for future guests reading this review. Our unit is thoroughly cleaned and prepared prior to each guest’s arrival, and none of these concerns regarding cleanliness, odor, the mattress, furniture, or kitchen items were brought to our attention at any point during your stay. Had we been notified, we would have had the opportunity to investigate and address any legitimate concerns promptly. Unfortunately, communication during and after this reservation was difficult. Following checkout, we also discovered that items were missing from the unit. When we initially contacted you regarding them, this was disputed; however, it was later acknowledged that the items were in fact missing, and a charge was assessed accordingly. We take guest feedback seriously and continually maintain and inspect our property. At the same time, we believe it is important to provide context when significant complaints are raised only after checkout—particularly when we were never given an opportunity to address them during the stay and when there was a separate issue involving missing property. We remain committed to providing our guests with a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained place to stay.

Easiest check in and check out I've ever had. It was perfectly cleaned when we got there and everything was as specified. Also perfect for the 6 of us staying.

Perfect for a small famliy

This condo is perfect for a small family! Lots of room in the kitchen! The view is awesome. The only thing is the elevator is a little annoying to wait for but that has nothing to do with this cute condo:)

Thank you for being a great guest! Most guests tend to use the West elevators, (ground floor lobby in Tower 1), because it is closest to the skywalk and Lobby, however, the East wing elevators have lower traffic which typically run a lot faster! I'm glad you thoroughly enjoyed the condo!!

It's Fine

It's fine. The property feels like it is someone's investment where the bare minimum is being done to keep it rentable. One highlight was Lily, she was a good communicator and responded quickly to our questions.

Absolutely perfect!

Our family of 5 had a fantastic time! The home was very clean with a spacious common area. The bunk area was perfect for our young kids. The location is top notch with beautiful ocean views, direct beach access, and various pools to enjoy. The condo also offers many family activities, including movies in their theatre and movies/music at the pool. The on-site bar and grill was convenient. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Experience

Overall the condo was as advertised. Was disappointed to find several candy wrappers, empty sticky popsicle wrappers under the bunkbeds. Yuck! When my grandson went to sleep in the lower bunk, found gum stuck to the bottom of the upper bunk! Ugh! Wished there would have been an empty cabinet to put our Consumables and food in.

We try our best not to keep foods laying around to avoid pests and in case any of our guests are allergic to any spices/foods. Property was a mess

We arrived on check in time and was amazed at the destruction of the Master bath and bedroom. We was informed 3 minutes before check in that the Master bath had been damaged. They had to move us to another room for the 1st day and said that it would be ready the next. The next day the worker was there all day and it still was not finished. We had to kick him out at 10:30 the 2nd night. I would say the 1st 2 days was limbo for us. We had only 1 bath, paid for 2. We had 3 towels for the whole property. Our manager will say that she offered to fix the bathroom. I said after 2 days and for what we seen was fixed. We had enough. There were 2 skillets and they both were in terrible shape. This condo was terrible. All the property manager had to say that she had to pay out of her pocket for the room that we had on the 1st day. I let her know that we had paid a lot of money on this trip. We waited, saved and were happy to go on this trip until we seen the room. The only reason we even stayed was that we were 800 miles away from home. My daughter was crying, my wife was crying, grandkids were disapointed. I know nothing is going to happen, I know we won't get any money back for the bad experience we had but I wanted everyone to know. I would like to add pictures. How do I do that?

Hi Rick, We encourage honest reviews, but we regret to see that your comments do not reflect the accurate details. There was an incident that needed maintenance to repair the bathroom, however, we did relocate you to complete the job, but you did not want us completing the job. You did not allow anyone to come in to finish the job and pushed for a refund while continuing to stay for the entirety of your reservation. We have since spoken to you directly and do welcome you back in hopes that you can experience an even better stay with us.

Where do I start: found 2 roaches, bed bugs, ripped drapes, urine soiled matress. fish smell

About our stay. Found 2 roaches. Deck furniture was is disrepair. Unacceptable for the amount of money we paid for 6 nights. Home owner said she was sorry and the furniture she ordered was on back order. New items came but were very very cheap. Only 4 chairs were replaced. The table was kept but was also is sorry shape. The maintenance ladies said they have been trying to get the homeowner to replace it for 6 months. Not at all representative with the pictures on your website. I believe the home owner was lying when she said she had some on back order. The door know was broken in the bunk hallway bathroom. You didn’t know until you went in and closed the door. Homeowner said I was responsible and held money out of my deposit fee. She said that she cleaned the place the night before and didn’t notice it. I thought the place was supposed to be professionally cleaned? Come to find out in talking to the cleaning ladies they cleaned it the night before trying to get the fish smell out of the condo. Does the home owner live in Panama City, her phone number says Miami??. I would check in to that. I believe she is lying. We 100 percent did not break the lock. Fish smell... there was a strong fish smell in our place for 4 days. Awful!! The bathroom sink did not drain properly when in use . The master bathroom had rotted baseboards and some kind of masking tape style moulding to try and cover up the rotted baseboard. There was half inch caulk lines everywhere in both bathrooms. Awful and old. We found lice/bed bugs in the king size bed . Awful!! We requested new sheets but homeowner told us to wash the sheets. In doing so, we found a urine soiled mattress . Never sleep on that bed again . Awful! The WiFi internet was extremely slow. The drapes were ripped at the bottom. The couch that was there was a different couch than in the pictures . It was dingy, dirty, and old feeling. The furniture was very cheap and many items had been repaired by an amateur. The ladder on the bunk beds was broken and not secured at the bottom. My child didn’t want to climb on it. Once again awful. She rarely slept in them. All the bed spreads were old and dingy feeling. Basically nasty.At first it seemed clean but that was just because the carpet is family new I assume . Overall , we are extremely disappointed and feel as if we were ripped off.

Celebration of Life for Aunt Betty

This particular condo is small but very quaint. Which was perfect for me, my sister and 3 cousins who where there to spend time on the beach and time with each other while we celebrated the life of our dear aunt who passed away a few years ago. The condo was halfway to the County Pier and Pineapple Willy's. We will definitely try to revisit this place!

Beautiful view

We fell in love with this condo on our first trip to PCB 5 yrs ago and were so happy that we were able to stay in it again this year with Lily. The condo is stocked with all the things you will need, minus food. The condo is comfy and feels like home. My favorite area was the balcony. The view cannot be beat! There is no better way to start the morning than watching the dolphins and rays swim by as the sun rises behind the building. Sunsets are even more magical, as you can watch the sun dip into the ocean for a nightly swim. Majestic Towers has many amenities. The pools and hot tubs are fun ways to relax when you want to take a break from the beach.

Very clean and BEAUTIFUL!

My wife and stayed here for three nights and absolutely enjoyed every minute of it. Perfect view of the Gulf..gorgeous. Lots of amenities and beautiful beach. Host was a joy to work with and very responsive. This condo was exceptionally clean and we would highly recommend staying here. We'll be back!

Host was a joy to work with and very responsive. This condo was exceptionally clean and we would highly recommend staying here. We'll be back!

Perfectly Clean, Gorgeous View, Comfortable Condo!!

My family and I love visiting Panama City Beach to enjoy the beautiful crystal clear waters. Our experience with this condo was smooth sailing. All our questions were ask and our host, Lily, was very responsive. The condo had just completely a full renovation before our stay so everything was new. The unit was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well-organized. This was a great location. Everything you need surrounds the tower. You get a full view of the ocean from your balcony and you hit beach as soon as you steps out of the tower! Overall, I have no complaints and would highly recommend staying here. Excellent customer service, gorgeous and exceptionally clean unit!! Thank you! We will be back!
