This was our first time staying at Summerchase and we will definitely be back! Can’t beat the location! The complex is not too big and not too small. The beach never got too crowded. We didn’t visit the pool. The elevators were fast and the room was clean and cool! We will be back

Great stay

We loved this condo! Definitely worked out great for the entire family including an infant and toddler. We really enjoyed the roominess and proximity to many stores and restaurants. Would stay here again!

There are plenty of restaurants and shops across the street. We came in June so it wasn’t too crowded.

Beach please!

The only negative thing we experienced while we stayed were the sharks in the water- #mothernature. Great location and checkin process was amazing.

Nice place but need to hire a new cleaning service.

The property location and layout of the condo are very nice. The decor was nice, furniture in living room a little worn And could stand to be replaced, beds, bed linens and pillows were great!

Wonderful Time

We so enjoyed our stay a Summerchase 902. The condo was in tip top shape and everything was perfect. We could not have been more pleased. It was a wonderful four day trip. Just wish we had of had longer to stay.

Great Place to Stay

The condo was clean, nice, the AC worked really good, and the view was great. The mattresses were not the most comfortable and my 16 year old slept on the sofa bed and said it was very hard. Other than that we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

The carpet and rugs left stains on our socks but it was understandable with all the sand around the place.
