Wonderful!

Great place, exactly as advertised - perfect for a stay on Malta. Rita is a lovely host, making sure everything is just right. Her detailled information prior to arrival in particular was very helpful. The house was clean and equipped with everything you might need. You definitely need a car, even though parking can be an adventure ;) but the house's location makes it the perfect starting point for exploring the island. There's (super)markets, bars etc in walking distance and if you're lucky you might even be able to watch some fireworks from the roof terrace :) All in all, we would wholeheartedly recommend the townhouse.

Wonderful Two bedroom house in a beautiful town!

Had a wonderful stay that lasted roughly 3 weeks. Rita was a great host, greeted me on arrival from the airport at the townhouse, making sure i knew how everything worked and i had everything i needed. Gave some local advice and left some Maltese bread and cheese there, very nice touch. I only had one problem with the townhouse the entire trip, and that was one of the AC units stopped working correctly, which she promptly called the repair place and scheduled for them to come out and fix. Otherwise everything is as stated, Master bedroom on 2nd floor and a similar "non-master" bedroom above it. The groundfloor is the kitchen/living room. I'd say 4-5 people can comfortably stay there, Depends on the sleeping arrangements, but the place could fit 4-5 nicely. There was only two of us but we stayed for an extended period so the extra space was nice Nicest part was when my flight back home got canceled and rebooked for 3 days later than planned (Yay for "post-covid" air travel), the townhouse happened to be unbooked for a few days after my stay and she allowed me to rent the extra days. Very appreciative of that fact, saved me alot of headache looking for a new place. Overall i had a wonderful time, nice neighborhood and not too touristy which is exactly what i was looking for. Nice and quiet (unless there is a feast going on, which is fairly often) I'll likely be back. Note: Wouldn't recommend with a car, extremely hard to find a parking spot ( 50/50 chance depending on time of day/night) Even if you walk a decent ways you still might not find one since its street parking only. Fortunately, taxis are fairly inexpensive most of the time so it wasn't a huge issue, even given my extended stay.

TOWNHOUSE

Es una casa de dos plantas y bajos, muy acogedora. Zonas comunes abajo y dos habitaciones una encima de otra con lavabos en todas las plantas. La propietaria Rita muy simpatica y alegre. Todo perfecto.

Nice holidays at Malta

I will never forget the time I espent with my girlfriend in Malta: nice beaches, nice islands and cities to discover as Medina/Rabat, La Valetta or Sliema. The place of the appartment is in a small village in the middle of the Malta island. By car you will be able to visit all the country (we did in fact) and move from/to the airport easily. I recommend you go to Gozo and Comino islands. The appartment was more than confortable: the A/C was a salvation in the warm august. The wifi was more than necessary. We enjoyed doing a barbeque in the roof and that was very nice at night. If you want to visit Malta and stay out of the noise and clumping of the coast (Valetta, Sliema, etc.) consider to stay in Haz-Zebbug. You will find the relax you will need at the end of one vacation day.

10/10 would recommend to everyone

A very spacious place with three floors and three spacious rooms. Each room equipped with AC, a bathroom, Internet, everything you need honestly. Every guest gets 2 big towels. Living room has a big TV, kitchen has a microwave and the oven, a big fridge, a dishwasher. There’s also a lovely balcony-like terrace on the second floor in addition to a rooftop terrace where you can spend your evenings. The apartment is spotless, clean and aesthetic, photos don't do it justice. The place is in the middle of a small city with the grocery shop 5 minutes by foot from your place, a superrmarket about 10-15mins, a bus stop 5 minutes from your place and it takes about 30 minutes by bus to get to Valletta and 20 minutes to the nearest beach (by bus, by car around 10min). There's also a pharmacy netx door. The town is very quiet! At the beginning of your stay you get a lovely welcome bucket filled with bread, butter, everything you need to start your vacation. The landlord, Rita is very wholesome, helpful and resourceful, always tries to make things nice and fair. When we told her that we will be having a really late check-in (2AM) she went out of her way and installed a key box with security code next to the front door to ensure trouble-free entry for both parties.

Hat alles gepasst nur wirklich sehr weit weg vom Schuss. Mietwagen erforderlich

A Local Malta Experience - With a Kind and Attentive Rental Manager

This suite was a great fit for me. I really enjoyed staying in Zebugg. If you want an authentic Maltese experience, choose this suite. Rita is amazing, and she will go above and beyond to help her guests. She had some food in the house when I arrived, which was great because I came in late. The balcony is great in the evenings, the local community is wonderful, and the area is a good access point for the rest of Malta. Please note that you will need to be able to climb up and down a narrow spiral staircase to access the suite. I especially loved the art and decor in the suite. This suite is well suited for solo female travellers. It is a peaceful and safe vacation rental.

Great Location/ Lovely House

Having stayed here before we knew what to expect. Rita, the owner was, as before, very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for her. There was also a loaf of bread, cold meat, spread and water along with some cakes. The spiral staircase was easy to climb and both bedrooms had en-suites.

Une agréable location

Un accueil avec le sourire et quelques petits plaisirs gustatifs. Une jolie maison très propre et bien aménagée, avec une mention spéciale pour la chambre. Une petite terrasse sur le toit très appréciable. Seul petit bémol ( qui n'a rien à voir avec la location ) le stationnement de voiture, compliqué pour être proche de la maison, mais ceci est un détail. Pour le reste Malte est une île très agréable à visiter dans sa quasi totalité. Un grand merci à Rita pour sa disponibilité et son accueil. A bientôt peut être.

The owner was more than helpful. The booking process was easy, and the apartment was immaculate. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend Townhouse Twenty for anyone who wishes to be close to true village life in Malta. It is a haven away from the typical tourist resort. The accommodation has everything you could need. I even used the washing machine and the iron as it was all so accessible (never ever done that on holiday before!). Everything in the place seems to be practically new. There was a mountain of towels to use and so many personal touches in the apartment that I felt as though Rita had loaned me her home for the week. I hope to return next year.
