At the top of Morgan Hill, you are a 10 minute walk to Fort Worden or Historic Downtown. Five minute walk to Uptown Port Townsend.

On the bottom floor of our home is the newly renovated one-bedroom apartment which comfortably sleeps two adults having a queen-size bed with luxury linens. Enjoy a new kitchen that is equipped with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and cookware. The living room has comfortable, cozy seating, dining table for 4, a wine bar and a Smart TV that includes Netflix, Amazon, YouTube TV and Hulu. The large bathroom has a washer/dryer for your convenience.

An outdoor area is provided with table and chairs--a great place for your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening.

Most likely you will be entertained by the "resident" deer that enjoy our neighborhood.

A great PT spot!

Teresa made the checkin process very easy for us, including early access, if we needed it. The home was spotless and well organized and welcoming. It is a spacious unit with all the amenities you’d need for a visit to Port Townsend. We’d absolutely stay here again!

The pictures on Verbo did not do this property justice. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. A very nice neighborhood beautiful home and property and easy walk to town. We had a wonderful stay I wish it could have been longerTeresa and Scott are great hosts and nice folks.

Lovely property designed with guests’ comfort in mind. Theresa was generous in sharing equipment and suggestions for things to see and do. We enjoyed Port Townsend and found the notebook of restaurant reviews and places to visit most helpful. Wifi and cell service were very good, and TV services were complete and simple to use. Easy to adjust heat in the cool mornings was a pleasure. Lodging was clean and well-stocked with towels, kitchen, and household supplies. It was a REAL, very comfortable vacation. We wish they owned many more properties around the region!

Loved the location!

My husband and I have visited PT many times and we’ve stayed at three other rentals. What we especially liked about our stay was the quiet neighborhood and close access to walking paths.

Above and Beyond

The apartment was beautifully decorated and went beyond our expectations. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Comfortable bed, couch, thick clean towels, laundry, and coffee to state just a few of the positives.

Best VRBO ever

The hostess was over the top! She arranged for us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. She also left us a nice bottle of wine and delicious muffins for our breakfast. Kitchen was well stocked and appreciated the quality of the linens. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Great quiet spot

This is a great unit in a lovely neighborhood about a fifteen or twenty minute walk to downtown. Teresa was great about communicating and was very hospitable. It’s a lot of square footage for a 1 bedroom!

Perfect place to spent some time in Port Townsend

This place was so so nice. We enjoyed the spacious rooms, the beautiful decor and the kindness of the hosts. Teresa and her husband put lots of effort into making the stay as pleasant as possible for their guests. It’s a short ride to Port Townsend and the area is very nice. We felt very safe there. We could frequently see deers and their babies infront of the kitchen window.

One of the best!

We have stayed in quite of number of short-term rentals over the years and this is one of the best ever! Very clean, well decorated, comfy couch and great bed. There is a sitting area outside with comfortable chairs and nice landscaping. The topping on the cake is your great host, Teresa.

Right away we felt at home in this clean and comfortable “apartment”! There was a sweet homey feel and very welcoming! We appreciated the bottle of wine and fresh breakfast muffins from a local bakery! A nice touch. We would easily return.

Totally accommodated our needs!

We were here for the Centrum Jazz Festival at Fort Worden and this was a perfect location for both that event, as well as being accessible to the city itself. Never having been to Port Townsend before, it was especially nice to be so central to everything. Our hosts could not have been more friendly and helpful and our home away from home boasted just about every amenity we could ever require. I certainly hope we can do a return visit!

Perfection

This was a perfect little getaway! They thought of everything, a delicious muffin, a nice bottle of wine. Delicious chocolates. Lots of choices for coffee and tea with half-and-half and bottled water in the fridge! It was comfortable, clean and beautifully appointed. Thank you so much!

We moved from Texas to Port Townsend in 2008 to be near our first grandchild. We fell in love with the beautiful area with the majestic views of water and snow-capped mountains. Since moving here, hiking the many trails has become a passion. We love the quaintness of Port Townsend, a Victorian Seaport, with so much history.

We chose this property as we wanted to be walking distance to the main attractions of Port Townsend. We are a 10 minute walk to Fort Worden and to downtown. It is just a 5 minute walk to Uptown where you can find Aldrich's country grocery store, bakery, restaurants and shops.

Morgan Hill is a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Any time of the day you will see people out walking and visiting. The deer enjoy this neighborhood too!
