With its lake view balcony and private parking space, this modern apartment for 4 sets the scene for an effortless stay in the year-round city of Lugano.

Inside, the 1st floor apartment is well equipped with a flat screen and DVD player. Within the living room, the couch is accompanied by a wardrobe and balcony access. An adjoining kitchen diner provides every excuse to dine-in whilst away.

A spacious double bedroom with balcony access is accompanied by a 2nd balcony bedroom with single bed and pull-out single. A modern fitted shower room and an extra service WC completes the layout of this flexible and functional holiday home.

The balcony apartment is situated in a 6-storey building with access to a private parking space.

The accommodation and location was good. Beds were not very comfortable. We were not able to use the laundry facility as the card to use the machines was not in the apartment. Overall we had a good start but it could have been better.

The apartment was near to the train station which is amazing, easily accessible to the rest of Ticino region. The towels are fresh, and the apartment even has a welcome prosecco. The admin staff was really flexible and quick to address questions. Only thing is I wish there are more sets of keys since there are 4 persons in the apartment

Overall good stay

The house is exactly as described. I like the spacious and the view the see the lake. The small details of the house is good too. But I don't like the process to get the keys from their office which is 15 mins away from the train station. So it wasted me lots of time back and forth during check in and out. The management response time is slow too . It's only good for those driving.

Ehhh….not exactly

On a positive note the location within Lugano was great and the view was as depicted in the pics. However, the apartment is located on an extremely busy road that made sitting on the terrace unenjoyable (unless you like road noise and exhaust fumes). In general the place was “well used” to out it kindly. But my biggest complaint was the kitchen. You can’t have a meal for a family since there were only 3 forks. The entire set of cooking utensils consisted of a wood spoon, a wood fork, a wood spatula, and a broken cheese grater. There were ample pots, pans, and dishes but that did not make up for the fact that the only cutting knife was duller than the butter knives. And maybe that’s OK since the only cutting board was just barely larger than my hand.

Check-in lief problemlos. WLAN vorhanden und guter Empfang.Die Lage ist sehr zentral und Anbindung ist top, leider war’s auf dem Balkon aufgrund der Hauptstraße relativ laut. Die Küchenausstattung war ausbaufähig und es war Schimmel in der Dusche. Alles in allem also 3/5 Sternen.
