Lake front home with swimming pool!

This beautiful property is located on the south end of Lake Sam Rayburn. It is in close proximity to Piney Point Plaza and The Stump Restaurant. Sam Rayburn Marina Resort and the public boat ramp are a very short distance away.

The home is two story with all three bedrooms upstairs. A large balcony off of the master suite overlooks the swimming pool and lake. Downstairs is a fully stocked kitchen, living area, half bath and laundry room. Satellite TV located in the master and living room. WIFI is also available.

The swimming pool has a layout pad on one end and swim up seating for six at the bar on the opposite. The covered area has both gas and charcoal grills. You can play washers while you barbecue. Shufffleboard table is available for inside entertainment.

This is a wonderful property. I have stayed here many times and have no complaints. The pool is fabulous with a great view. The master suite is amazing. The host responds quickly to any needs.

Been coming to Rayburn for years and first time booking this property. Let me say this property has everything you could ask for on a lake vacation. The house was spotless on arrival , comfortable for our group and the pool was the best part. We will definitely be back!

Great lakefront property. We enjoyed all the amenities, especially the pool and outdoor bar area. The owner made the check-in/checkout process very easy and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

This quiet lake cove property is fantastic! The house is lovely, clean, and nicely furnished. Anything needed was there. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The family had so much fun at the pool, outdoor kitchen and swim up bar. The kids loved the "pet" squirrels and shuffleboard. Restaurants, convenience stores, ice, bait, etc are close by. The owner is so nice and very helpful. He is easy to communicate with and spent time giving me lots of information about the Rayburn area. We had a great, relaxing time. I highly recommend this vacation home!

This place was fantastic. Pool was awesome. You will not find a better rental on Rayburn.

Fantastic for the family

From the pool to the lake perfect place for the family, great outdoor kitchen with mini fridge. Pool has swim up bar and master suite has its own balcony! Very nice home and the family enjoyed fishing down at the lake

Too early to swim, but pool and backyard were beautiful!!! Very nice and owner was very responsive. Very nice quiet area!Sounds good

Wonderful home and host

We just left Aaron's home and were sad to leave. the outdoor pool and area are phenomenal! The home is nicely decorated and comfortable and had everything that we need. we are planning our return already!

Family Trip

This place was awesome! The outside area is fantastic and the pool was a big hit with my family. Everything that you would need was there and available and stores, ice etc are close by. The owner was available and easy to communicate with

Great relaxing getaway for families!

This property was amazing and just what my family needed for a few days to relax. The host was very helpful and responsive, and the property was clean. The pool is beautiful and adds so much. My son especially loved playing with the shuffle board, too. It was a great, low stress trip! We hope to return again.

Brookeland Home

We really enjoyed this house and will definitely stay again! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Master bed was very comfy. Did not use the pool but very pretty to look at. The homeowner was super helpful at any questions we had about the area. House is in a great location for where we need to be at. Great house and highly recommend!!

A relaxing place to get away

Always a good time being in gods country! The property owner made everything so simple and also provided a few laughs and good conversation over the phone. The entire place was beautiful and perfectly set up to relax and forget about the day to day of life. Also enjoyed the “pet” squirrels eating peanuts from our hands. 10/10

Great for outdoor living!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in Sept 2020. Our favorite parts were definitely the outdoor elements! We spent the mornings on our boat which we could keep out on the water behind the house overnight, and the afternoons in the pool. I like to cook dinner and the kitchen has all the appliances and accessories you will need, plus you can see the living room TV from the kitchen and the couch was very comfy for indoor evenings. The house is on a quiet cove (the whole lake was quiet actually) so it provided a serene getaway for our 3rd anniversary.

Had a great time!

Property was as advertised. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Outside areas were very nice too! Parking was very ample. Full size truck with trailered 21' boat fit easily on one side with a full sized SUV parked next to it. Swimming pool was very nice and would be a great relief, and relaxing, if we were there during a hotter time of the year. Lake access is easy from the home and the lawn was kept up well around the home and up to lakefront. Access to the home was easy by boat and the dock provided gives a safe place to moor and even leave your rig tied off overnight. The kids enjoyed games provided (shuffleboard, darts) and fishing from the floating dock. We really enjoyed our stay!

MEMORABLE FAMILY VACATION

We were very impressed as soon as we arrived at this house. The pool and outdoor kitchen area could not have been more perfect for our family gatherings as we came together for meals in the evenings. The pool was perfect for all our age groups as the shallow end was great for the toddlers and it had plenty of room for everyone to find their perfect spot. The dock and waterfront met all our needs for our boats and eased the coming and going on the lake. Inside the house everything was amazing. There was everything we could have needed in the kitchen, the decor and furniture very pleasing and the bed rooms and bathrooms upstairs were perfect. The A/C worked beautifully and we were very comfortable day and night on this very hot June week. We would gladly recommend a stay here and hope we can return soon.
