Consta de una luminosa sala de estar con cocina, una zona de dormitorio con una cama doble (1,60 por 2 m), un baño con ducha y una terraza amueblada de aprox. 10 metros cuadrados Con vistas de 180 grados del golfo y parte de la ciudad. Cuenta con una conexión WI FI gratuita.
Apartamento ideal para una pareja en un viaje de placer o para viajes de negocios individuales. No hay un estacionamiento que pertenezca al apartamento, pero puede estacionar en la calle de forma gratuita y pagar a 200 metros, pero también tiene la posibilidad de tener un espacio de estacionamiento reservado, a todas horas, aprox. 500 metros de la casa a un costo de 8.00 euros por día.

The penthouse apartment was a perfect home base for us in Cagliari. We enjoyed the location walking to shopping, restaurants, and site seeing. The apartment was comfortable and clean with a well-appointed kitchen and great view. Luigi was an excellent host, and we had a fantastic stay.

Great location, car space essential, however, very easy base to see all the town. Evening view and music from the streets below very relaxing. Host supplied more than any other rentals that we have been in and a lovely man. Will be staying there again on next visit if it's available!

Room with a view

A real gem in in the historic heart of the city. Everything you could want in a holiday flat - perfect for eating in or out. Luigi’s attention to detail and recommendations made for a really memorable stay. Hope to return.

Luigi was fantastic from start to finish. Apartment well equipped and perfect location. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Cagliari and don’t mind walking up/down hills. Restaurants were amazing as well

Wonderful location, well appointed and outfitted, excellent view over the harbor with a small outdoor patio.The apartment has been recently renovated. Our only quibble is that the owner charges 9 euros to use the washer (and 6 for the iron).

A beautiful apartment for two!

This is a well equipped and comfortable apartment for two which has all the amenities needed for a great stay! Communication with the owner was excellent and he was very helpful, remaining in touch during our stay to ensure that all was well. The little balcony terrace is a delight and the air con was a blessing. The apartment is a stone’s throw from all the shops and restaurants you need. It is worth noting that there is no lift so you have to be happy to climb a few flights of stairs.

I am happy that you enjoyed your vacation. You have been two excellent guests. I really hope to meet you again. in the description on the site it is specified that there is no lift. The stairs are very comfortable and not tiring at all. No one has previously found it uncomfortable to climb them.

Lovely apartment and great Host

Luigi communicated with us before and during our visit and greeted us when we arrived. The apartment has everything you need and is in a great location for all the amenities. Our flights home were cancelled but Luigi was absolutely amazing and offered us further days at the apartment if we were unable to get another flight. It was so good to have such an understanding and supportive host. We are so grateful to Luigi for offering solutions and maintaining contact with us whilst we arranged our journey home. This was our first holiday to Sardinia and we had a fantastic time. Would certainly recommend this apartment and location.

Om te beginnen was de ontvangst door de eigenaar Luigi erg aangenaam en vriendelijk. Ook het contact vooraf liep soepel en prettig. Het appartement ligt perfect gesitueerd in het oude centrum, zonder de bijhorende geluidsoverlast. Bij aankomst kregen we een hartelijk onthaal van Luigi, die ook goede tips gaf over cagliari. In het appartement was echt van alles aanwezig, Luigi heeft echt oog voor detail en de wensen van de vakantieganger. De hygiëne en netheid was opvallend goed! Als extra bonus was er ook nog een gezellig ingebouwd balkon met prachtig uitzicht. Dit appartement is een absolute aanrader!

Super Gastgeber und zentrale Lage

Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben. Luigi war ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Man ist superschnell in der Altstadt und findet alles Notwendige in laufweite. Schade war nur, dass man wegen der hohen Balkonkante den Ausblick nur im Stehen genießen konnte. Ansonsten kann ich diese Wohnung auch für mehrere Tage nur weiterempfehlen.

Découverte de la Sardaigne

Séjour entre copine dans le logement de Luigi un hôte juste incroyable. J’ai beaucoup voyagé et je n’ai jamais été aussi bien accueilli. Il est d’une très grande gentillesse et générosité. Notre location de voiture était prévu que le lendemain au vu de l’heure d’arrivée de notre vol. Luigi a proposé de venir nous récupérer à l’aéroport de Cagliari qui se situe à 15´ du logement. Toujours disponible pour trouver des solutions à toutes heures. Concernant le logement il est situé dans un quartier historique très animé. Restaurant bar et commerce à proximité. Durant notre séjour nous avons opté pour le parking à la semaine. C’est un parking souterrain proche du logement. Car les places sont très limitées une perte de temps à tourner dans les rues. Nous avons testé une journée :-/ Le grand studio est tout équipé avec goût et simplicité climatisation très fonctionnelle. Lit très confortable salle de bain spacieuse. La terrasse donne sur le port on peut apercevoir le couché du soleil très agréable. Je recommande cette location :-)

Sehr schönes Apartment in Toplage

Das Apartment ist richtig schön, sauber, sehr zentral gelegen und bietet eine traumhafte Aussicht auf den Hafen, inklusive Sonnenuntergang. Unsere Anregung an den Vermieter, durch ein paar Barhocker die Aussicht noch besser genießen zu können, wurde sehr wohlwollend aufgenommen.
