1 bedroom, 1 bath. 2 queen size beds, 1 queen size sleep-sofa. Fully equipped kitchen. Mostly new furniture. Central HVAC. 2 elevators service 83 condos in the building. Electronic door lock so you are ready to enter your accommodation when you arrive in OC without a stop to a Real Estate office for keys. TV's in family room and bedroom. 18' of glass opens to the private balcony.
Close to dining, attractions, and the boardwalk which is 3 blocks away at 27th street.
You must be at least 25 years old to rent.
Peak season rentals are 7-day, Saturday to Saturday. Off peak is a 3 night minimum.

Wonderful Location to View Air Show

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at this beachfront property - The jets from the Air Show can be viewed from the balcony.

Balcony views made the vacation!

Great oceanfront condo with amazing sunrises every day! It had everything we needed and I found working with the property owner easy and informative. We will return here for sure!!

Great location and view

We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. Ed was super easy to work with, and the rental had everything we needed - even beach chairs and umbrellas!

Nice, clean and convenient

Very conveniently located nice condo. Truly like a nice hotel, plus! Plenty of lighting options and fans in the bedroom and living area. Great kitchen, comfortable beds and an amazing view, right in the ocean!! Thanks for the great weekend!!!!

Great Stay

The unit was awesome, perfect beach vacation stay. Its bout as close to the boardwalk without being on it as you can get. Great view of the ocean and the beach. The other guests/ tenants were extremely pleasant. We will 100% stay again!

Wonderful week

Outstanding sunrise and beach view from balcony. Close to Boardwalk and many terrific restaurants. Owner is so easy to work with. Enjoyed the pool, easy beach access, and friendliness of people at the complex.

Great Location

This was a great place to stay. It is located on 30th street only a couple blocks away from where the boardwalk starts. It was very clean and check in was very easy. We would definitely stay there again. This unit is on the forth floor with a great direct view of the ocean.

Perfect long weekend in OCMD.

403 Seagate was exactly as promised. From the fresh scent upon entering to the pretty furnishings and gorgeous view, we couldn't have felt more welcome and comfortable. Great parking, location and conveniences from luggage carts, speedy elevators to keyless entry/exit. Washer and dryer was nice to have too. Give this place a try. Thank you Ed and Carole!

OC vacation

Great location for everything! Close to boardwalk and restaurants. Beautiful view from the balcony and no need to check in at a realtor was the best thing!! Would recommend the unit for a nice small family getaway!! The owners couldn’t have been any nicer! They were great to deal and talk to…

Ocean front beach vacation

The view was fantastic. The condo was very nice except it could have been a bit cleaner. There were no handrails in the shower. Overall it was quite nice to be away. I still miss sitting on the balcony and watching the waves.

Good Time!

Everything went well and the location was really great. Only thing is the news of the sheets and towels not being included until the end of a long message was missed by me, but luckily we go to the store right before close.

A wonderful anniversary trip

We went to Ocean City for the first Time for our 25th anniversary, loved it and booked a different rental this year. Ed made the process seamless. We enjoyed the unit, it's location, the ease in checking in and the complete instructions for checking out. Everything was awesome and we will be back!

Great Stay

We absolutely loved our time at this condo. I didnt move my car the entire time, because we walked everywhere. The pool was great! It starts at 1 1/2 feet which was perfect for my 2 and 5 year old (and me lol). The condo was very clean and my favorite seat was the neon green chair. Hope to stay again!

Birthday weekend

Looking for rest and relaxation for my birthday weekend which is exactly what I got. Weather was chilly, but expected as only beginning of April, but enjoyed sitting on balcony enjoying the ocean and dolphins. Just love this place, bright, clean and cozy and view of ocean from one side to other. Convenient to fantastic restaurants and boardwalk. Looking forward to going again!!!!

Location ! Location ! Location !

We had a great stay in Ocean City. The condo was very nicely decorated and the kitchen had everything needed. But the balcony, Oh my goodness, what a view and so spacious. Ed was prompt in answering any questions and checked in with us on arrival to make sure everything was good. Will definitly recommend to family and friends.

Perfect location

Our 4th trip to OC. We usually stay farther up the coast, never wanting to be to near the boadwalk. This condo is 3 blocks away, centeral to anything you would want, activities, good food,market. We would certainly stay here again. Clean condo, great pool, host was extremely helpful with local info and communication. Went so far as letting us know early entry was possible if we wanted.

The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The keypad entry is so convenient. Especially with having older kits. The renting process was easy and the owners provided clear, detailed information regarding check-in and check-out. Would definitely like to rent this unit again in the future.

Great spot at the ocean

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. Interior nice and bright, bed was comfortable, everything was clean. Easy access to beach and ocean, down the elevator and out the back of the building to the beach. The only surprise was that we had to provide our own towels and sheets. This seems to be the norm in Ocean City. Luckily the owner sent a package of information a couple of weeks ahead of our trip so we had time to arrange a rental of linens. The owner, Ed, was great to work with but we had no issues at all with the unit.
