Enjoying a peaceful village location, this charming barn conversion is the perfect retreat for a couple looking to relax and explore the countryside.. 1 step to entrance.

All on the Ground Floor:

Open plan living space.

Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher

Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Courtyard with patio. Garden furniture and BBQ (available Apr-Oct only). Hot tub for 3 (private). Private parking for 2 cars.. Both properties: LPG central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. No smoking. . Renovated in 2019, Bray Holiday Cottages (refs UK11795, UK11796 and UK32116), are all superb, detached barn conversions nestled in a quiet Lincolnshire Wolds village. Each has its own private hot tub, where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the peace and quiet. Soft towelling robes and slippers are provided. Whether you are looking to get away from it all or looking for a great touring base, these properties are the ideal location. Here you can explore the east coast, lovely beaches, the Lincolnshire Wolds and the market towns of Louth and Horncastle, famous for their many antiques and collectables shops.Lincoln, with its famous cathedral and castle is about 35 minutes’ drive away with the traditional seaside resort of Skegness about 30 minutes’ drive. There are great walks and cycle routes straight from the door with plenty of pubs and cafés on your route where you can enjoy a cooling drink or delicious meal. Beach 21 miles. Shop 3½ miles, pub, and restaurant 2 miles. These properties can be booked together to accommodate up to 9 guests.

The Chicken Coop is just perfect for two. Very clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Although it’s in a quiet rural retreat there is easy access to many visitor attractions, local towns and supermarkets just a short drive away should you need to stock up. The cottage itself is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The bedroom is spacious and light with a very comfortable bed and the shower room again is spacious with a lovely big walk in shower. The kitchen has everything you need and the hot tub, according to my husband, was the best part of the holiday!I would highly recommend it anyone.

A lovely very quiet place to stay

Its a very modern and roomy property with everything you need for the week . A separate freezer and a washing machine would enhance the stay for us also a little bit cramped on the patio area . But overall one of the best holiday lets we have been to.

A lovely little place

A great little cottage, with a fantastic hot tub. Everything you need in the cottage. For us it would benefit from a separate freezer and a washing.

Wonderful little find if you are looking for peace and quiet in the tiniest of villages, yet with all modern day conveniences a lovely welcome pack, including toiletries and useful items. Also, not too far to travel for a day at the coast, and lovely to return to and sit and relax in the hot tub
