Living Room with recliner sofa and love seat, full kitchen with bar (4 bar chairs), one large bedroom with king size bed, ceiling fan, walk in closet, large bathroom with dressing table, hair dryer and all supplies. Washer and Dryer. Shop Apartment and house is located on 2 acres with no close neighbors. This is a quite neighborhood and friendly people. Ample parking for car/truck and boat. Outside A/C outlet.

Perfect place for us

Perfect Place for Fisherman!

I was in town for the Bassmaster Kayak Championship, and this property was amazing. It was clean, located close to Lake Fork, and very well equiped. Everything I needed, I found in the house. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and ready when we got there. The homemade popcorn from the Crabbs was awesome.

Just bring clothes

This property is immaculately kept. Close to the city in a quiet residential area. Covered parking and plenty of it so bring a boat. It’s just like being at home and stocked with any item you may need e.g. toothpaste, toothbrush, blankets etc. A short drive from Lake Fork so sit a spell and relax at this property.

Phenomenal hospitality!

This was our second time staying at the property. The space is immaculate and every amenity has been considered. The owners are so thoughtful in providing snacks. My friend and I come to East Texas once a year for a fishing trip and this is perfect for a fishing trip with covered boat parking and a quiet place centrally located to many lakes. We will be back again!

One of the Best by far we have stayed at.

Host (Wayne) was very helpful, met us when we got there to see that we got in and any needs were met. This is the best and most quiet place we have stayed in. it is very clean with everything you need for your stay. My wife and I highly recommend. not far from Canton and the drive is beautiful. This is small town hospitality at its best.

Beat place around Mineola/Quitman area

The apartment was very clean, very well furnished and built. Beautiful kitchen counters. Modern conviences including Alexa and smart tvs in both rooms. We stayed there more then went out because of how nice a place it was to relax. Will definitely be back soon!

An Amazing Hidden Gem!

This property is a wonderfully appointed one bed one bath apartment. Everything a traveler could possibly need is provided within this location including an incredibly accommodating host! We very much enjoyed our stay, it felt like home. There are technological touches throughout the property that make your stay even more comfortable. The bed is amazingly comfortable and the hosts leave nothing to chance—thanks for letting us stay with you!

Fantastic Find!

This apartment was amazing! I am hesitant to give a great review only because I am afraid others will book it and it won't be available when I come back. Everything was easy, wonderful communication with the host, and fantastic kettle corn. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. Definitely will be back!

Love, love, love this VRBO in Quitman

This was my second time staying at this lovely VRBO and I cant say enough about it. I stayed by myself this time as my husband stayed back in Arkansas and I couldn't have felt safer being there and also knowing the owners were close. Just about anything that you might have forgotten they have it there. I got there at 1:30 in the morning and after driving from DFW there was ice cold bottled waters in the fridge and a basket full of snacks! The place in so homey feeling and very clean and the neighborhood is quiet, lovely and peaceful. Do yourself a favor and book this rental, I know we or I will again every time I come to Quitman to see my sister! Thank you both so much....many blessings!!!

GREAT VRBO APARTMENT!!! By far, one of the best I've stayed.

This apartment is better than described. This place was immaculate. The bed was so comfortable and the water was hot. Anything you may have forgotten was there for your use. Linda had everything labeled so you didn't have to wonder. The home is a home away from home. There were all kinds of treats provided. But, the homemade kettle corn was the best I've ever tasted. In the guest binder, they provided the recipe and instructions. The grounds were neatly manicured ....I like being outside. These gracious hosts even shared some banana squash from their garden and told me how to cook it. This is a great get-away-serene & peaceful. I want to stay again before the year is out. Thank you, Wayne & Linda Crabb for allowing to stay at your perfect apartment. Ida L

Fishing Lake Fork

This is a great place to stay for a quiet retreat and access to the lake. The carport with electricity for charging was great. It is as clean as you can get. Very well supplied, if it wasn’t there you probably didn’t need it. I hope to get back there for another visit..

Restful Retreat

Prior to booking to check out Wayne exceeded expectation.... He went above and beyond with us. Nana and myself planned this retreat to watch Hallmark movies and just recharge from life... Wayne made sure that our DVD player was installed correctly and then he brought us kettle corn bags. Which was not expected. With them on property it gave us that extra security.. we felt safe and could unwind. Definitely recommend for anyone who needs a relaxing weekend.

Perfect place for Cleanliness and Comfort

The Crabbs apartment is a quiet peacful neighborhood of single homes. It has everything you would need in the kitchen, bath and bedroom. Alexa for music, plenty of places to conveniently charge phones, a king bed, large bath. The place was perfect for our stay.

Our favorite place stay in the Quitman Area

Great space

Great space to relax and the kettle corn was so good - hosts are there close if you need anything but leave you alone to do your own thing - lots of extras like snacks, coffee, soft towels - these hosts have thought of it all - book with list of area eating places or grill if you want to cook

Amazing stay in Quitman!

Property was extremely nice, perfectly furnished, thoughtfully stocked. Wayne and Linda are amazing hosts. We could not have enjoyed it more or been treated any better. It was the perfect place to stay!

This Shop Apartment was built in 2004 as a home for my wife and I while we build our current home in front of the apartment/shop. Because we knew that we would be living in the apartment for about 2 years, I built it like I would be building our home. The furniture is new, the whole place is like new. We hope you will like it as much as we like it.
