Close to the main beach, but not too close! I love Luz so much I have just bought this apartment (end July 19). It has a great upstairs living space leading onto a terrace with views out to sea , which is great to dine out on. The location is perfect for people who want to be close to the beach, but still have peace and quiet. It is 3 minutes walk from Endless Beach Bar & Pizza and the man beach. Downstairs off the main bedroom is a small terrace, giving you another location to sunbathe and possibly BBQ.
The apartment has a modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, extractor fan, modern electric hob. The downstairs contains the two bedrooms and the bathroom was refitted in November 2022.
The apartments Wifi is fibre - speeds are 200mbps download/100mbps upload, the router is also new with support for both 2.4GHz and 5 GHz so modern devices with a HD TV box with 200 channels with many international channels English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Indian, Brazilian, Russian, Chinese, Romanian, Bulgarian, Ukrainian, Dutch, ...

Lovely base for western algarve

We loved our stay. It’s was clean and well equipped. A short walk to the beach and restaurants. Easy to drive or get the bus to Lagos. Can wait to book our next stay.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Luz

Unser Aufenthalt in dem Apartment in Luz war ganz toll. Die Wohnung ist super schön, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist auch super, keine 5 Minuten zur Promenade und zum Strand. Wir würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Ferienwohnung mit Potential

Lage und Ruhe sehr gut. Möblierung älterer IKEA-Standard. Sofa mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren. Sehr sparsame Dekoration an Bildern, Gardinen und Wohnaccesoires. Bis auf 2 Haken im Bad keinerlei Möglichkeit zum Aufhängen von Kleidung. Küchenausstattung ohne Schnapsgläser, und Eierbecher. Für längeren Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse/dem Balkon reichte das unbequeme Mobilar nicht aus. Ein gutes Beispiel für bequemes Sitzen war den Nachbarterrassen zu entnehmen. Deswegen haben wir "mit Potential" geschrieben

Perfect stay for first time visit to Portugal

The condo and town were the perfect place to stay for our first time visiting Portugal. The condo was well located within walking distance from grocery stores, restaurants, the beachfront promenade and beach. Easy access to the Fisherman's Trail on either side of the town and driving to Lagos and Faro was straightforward. Paul is very good to communicate with and responds quite quickly to inquiries. The condo is very clean and is stocked with the basic necessities. The only drawback was the bed pillows, would have preferred if one set was thicker so that there was a choice. The community and businesses are very welcoming and make an extra effort to ensure you find anything that you need - from stamps to a table at a full restaurant. English is spoken in most places which was greatly appreciated. We highly enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back again. It was a great location away from the very busy tourism areas but within easy access if you wanted to visit them. We experienced many cultural and natural attractions without having to go too far.

alles gepasst - mehr Worte benötigt man nicht

Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen: es hat alles gepasst, von der Buchung, Check-In, Handtücher-/Bettwäsche Wechsel bis hin zum Kontakt zu Paul. Der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen, der Supermarkt in der Nähe hat alles was man benötigt und die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful accommodation and very supportive host

Super Wohnung!!!

Wir können diese Ferienwohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen! Man kann sich den bisherigen guten Bewertungen nur anschließen. Gemütlich, hell und einladend. Wichtig war für uns auch die ruhige Lage in der Sackgasse und trotzdem so zentral und nah am Strand. Und der Blick vom Balkon ist natürlich das Beste 🙂 Die Kommunikation mit Paul war vorbildlich, so gute und ausführliche Informationen zum Objekt und Umgebung wünscht man sich von jedem Vermieter!

Hervorragend ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Daneben gab es viele hilfreiche Kleinigkeiten wie Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm, Markise, Heizung, Strandtücher, Kühlakkus, etc. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer, den Hausberg und den Strand. Zwei Supermärkte und diverse Restaurants liegen weniger als 5 min entfernt. Nach einer Woche erfolgte eine Grundreinigung mit Wäschewechsel von dem äußerst freundlichen Zimmerservice. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Tolle ruhige Wohnung in super Lage

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön, toller Blick auf das Meer. Gut ausgestattet mit wirklich allem, was man braucht ( auch z.B. Saftpresse und Mixstab). Kaffeemaschine ( Nespresso und andere), Backofen, Gefrierfach, Rolläden, Sonnenrollo. Viel Platz auf 2 Etagen, 2 Balkone ( unten ist länger Sonne). Einfacher check-in durch Schlüsselkästchen vor der Türe. 2 Einkaufsmöglichkeiten quasi um die Ecke. Nette Bars/Restaurants z.T. mit live (Jazz) Musik. Sehr empfehlenswert ist "A concha", leckeres Essen, schönes Ambiente ( unbedingt auf die obere Terasse sitzen)

Sehr gute und ruhige Lage

Wir waren schon einige Male in Luz. Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand und Ortskern. Trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung ist funktionell und komplett ausgestattet. Mit dem Besitzer Paul war die Kommunikation sehr gut und er hat uns prompt und zuverlässig kleine Mängel (z.B. fehlendes Geschirr) behoben. Wir waren fast 4 Wochen da und haben es genossen. Um 5 Sterne zu erhalten hätten wir uns aber eine Grundausttattung für Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine und etwas Putzmittel gewünscht. Die Reinigung findet 1x die Woche statt und war eher etwas oberflächlich. Für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt aber ausreichend. Alles in allem eine sehr zu empfehlende Wohnung.

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in Top Lage.Restaurants, Strand und Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar, Parkplätze vor dem Haus ausreichend vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, einzig die Küchenausstattung ist etwas spartanisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gern wieder buchen!

Super Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen schönen Sommerurlaub in Luz. Die gut ausgestattete Wohnung ist fabelhaft und liegt nah am Strand. Die Kommunikation mit dem sehr zuvorkommenden Gastgeber war perfekt; das Wlan funktionierte super. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Beautiful view, great location

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Ruhige Lage mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Sie Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Balkon ist großartig. Buchung, Check-in und -out freundlich und schnell. Auch während des Aufenthaltes guter Kontakt bei Fragen. Ich würde es wieder buchen.
