Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rental price, as well as the use of the gas underfloor heating. Outside there is off-road parking for one car. Apologies, but this property doesn't permit pets or smoking. For your local conveniences, there is a shop and pub within 0.1 mile and a beach just 0.2 miles away.
