Exquisite 9th floor Pied-a-tierre across for beautiful Bonita Beach, two large pools onsite and 10 minute drive to downtown Naples. Pristine and recently renovated quiet corner unit equipped with everything you need to make your beach getaway a breeze! Plenty of parking and a short 25 minute drive from Southwest Florida International Airport Fort Myers, FL. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. I am happy to share with you my favorite spots!

Relax on the Beach

Lovely little property right across the street from Bonita Beach. The buildings are a little dated and there is a lot of construction happening on the grounds; however, Sandie's unit was clean and the kitchen was updated and well-stocked. I really enjoyed my short stay and would visit again.

Beautiful place to stay

The condo is beautiful. It has everything you need and more. You can watch the sunset right from your terrace. Located close to two popular beaches and with in walking distance of three restaurants. Sandie was so easy to work with. What a great vacation!

Relaxing stay

The condo was just as pictured. Sandie has thought of everything you may need during your stay. Sandie was easy to communicate with and made herself available if any questions/concerns arose, which we did not have any as she provided a "welcome" letter providing all the info we needed. Thank you, Sandie, for allowing us to stay in your condo.

Perfect, Quiet Couples getaway!

We planned a last minute trip to Florida for my spouses 40th Birthday. We came across another condo at this complex and it was booked before we got to it. Sandie messaged us about another unit she had available in the same complex. We are so glad she did! It was PERFECT! It had everything we needed. Beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai. Comfortable bed! Extremely quiet complex. Directly across the street from the beach and multiple places to eat within walking distance! Sandie was so helpful and communicative with us! She gave her recommendations for other places to eat and beaches to go to. We went places we wouldn’t have ventured to without her help! She was truly one of the bests hosts we have ever had! We would absolutely stay here again or at any of her other properties and truly look forward to it!

Beautiful views of the gulf!

Enjoyed our visit. The condo had everything we needed and was quiet and clean. Short walk to Barefoot Beach. - which is beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation.

Beautiful beach

Bonita Springs Vacation

Our stay was just wonderful. The condo was decorated so nicely, the view was spectacular along with the beach and restaurants. I would stay there again.

The place was wonderful great location and view . Easy walk to the beach.

We had an amazing stay . The condo is equipped with everything needed for beach visit & every day living . The view is astounding. Doc ‘s restaurant was a great place for meeting people & watching the sunset . Great location for trip to Sanibel & Fort Myers . Also South to Naples . Nicely decorated so pleased with our stay!!!!

We loved the condo!

Sandie’s condo had everything you need to enjoy your stay! Every little detail is taken care of. We needed nothing! The bed is a dream and everything is organized and clean. The washer/dryer is in the downstairs of the building and it is very affordable and convenient to do laundry. The beach and restaurants is our favorite! You walk across to the beach and you don’t have to worry about finding a parking space! Happy hour is at Coconut Jack’s right next door and also at Doc’s across the street! We enjoyed our stay immensely! Would definitely recommend staying here!
