Our Volente Beach Lake House is ideally located for your Lake Travis fun, and offers amazing value incl. free entry to Austin's iconic Volente Beach Waterpark (May - Sept) Walk to the lake, marinas, & Beachside Billy's for dining & drinks. Sleeps 12 & lake location doesn't get any better. Wake up & enjoy coffee on the deck overlooking Lake Travis. Enjoy a cocktail as you watch the sun sink over the hills.

Enjoy breathtaking lake and hill country views & sunsets from the deck. This 4BR/3B home (King, 3Qs, +2 Q sleepers) provides everything you will need for a fantastic getaway to the lake and hill country and can accommodate 12 guests.

Hey y’all ...I'm Kara, a proud Texas native, with a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Houston. I’ve lived in Austin since 1997. Our family & The Lyne family purchased Volente Beach Resort in 2017, and we are all hands on owners. All of our kids worked here through high school & some of their college summers & they all grew up enjoying the water park themselves as young ones. We are as mom & pop as it gets.
Austin is a great town for the outdoor enthusiast, and I love hiking trails with my friends and dog. We get on the lake as often as possible & I enjoy remodeling, designing and making guests comfortable. I love the details of planning my personal family vacations, and I strive to offer my guests the same inviting, and comfortable accommodations that I look for when traveling.
We believe Volente Beach is truly a little gem in the heart of Texas & we hope you find yourself wanting to return each summer to enjoy Lake Travis & the beautiful hill country surrounding it

We have always been drawn to the Volente area and have dreamed about owning property on Lake Travis. We spent many summer days with our own kids at Volente Beach when they were younger.

All of our reservations include admission to our boutique waterpark on the shores of Lake Travis during operating season May - Sept. There are 4 lake fed water slides, a beach with access to Lake Travis, full-service restaurant/bar an activity pool and the Pirate Ship for kids.
