Reservations for this property have to be in full week intervals Sat-Sat check in /out. During peak season Jan-April we do not accept any reservation with children of any age.

Enjoy watching nature from your enclosed terrace which gives you the option of sliding open the doors for refreshing bay breezes or keep it closed for the cool A/C as you watch the wildlife like Dolphins, Manatees, pelicans and many more right from the terrace.
Just a 3-4 minute drive to some of the best beaches in Florida or stay home and enjoy the beautiful heated pool with amazing bay views.
Time to explore the area? Take advantage of the many restaurants on the Key or take a short drive to St. Armand's Circle for amazing boutique shops and restaurants or Bridge Street for a laid back Key West feel with its waterfront restaurants and bars. In the mood for a little city vibe? Take a ride over the bridge into Downtown Sarasota for a foreign film or a play, enjoy some of the best restaurants on the West Coast. In the mood for Museums? I cannot give this place enough stars. We enjoy coming every year. It’s our happy place. Nikki makes the transaction start to finish extremely smooth and goes above and beyond with communication and checking in to make sure all is well. The condo, the second I walk in, I’m relaxed and ready to unwind. It has felt like that since we first started coming. Coffee on the sunroom in the mornings and journaling at night out there are two of my favorites. The view of the bay and looking at the beautiful boats cannot be beat. I love taking pictures so walking around the gorgeous property is another one of my highlights. It truly is our heaven on earth.

The condo was very nice and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay and would highly recommend this property. Nikki, the property manager was a pleasure to work with and made sure that everything was taken care of while we were there.

We have just got back from a 21 night stay at this wonderful condo and have now stayed several times over the years. The condo is clean, spacious and the furnishings, amenities and ambiance make it feel like a real home from home. The condo is well situated to access the stunning beaches on LBK as well as the beaches and facilities on neighbouring islands and the property also has access to a very quiet pool area. The sights of Sarasota and Manatee county are a short drive and there are lots of excellent restaurants, cafes, shopping and things to do as well as an excellent view of the local wildlife from the enclosed porch at the propertyNikki the host is an excellent resource, knowledgable, helpful, supportive and very quick to reply any queries or issues - you are definitely in safe hands if you book to stay at this property We will be back

Beautiful Location

We had a fantastic time, so relaxing!!! Accommodation was superb, great selection of beach equipment. Great views across the bay, we had the pool virtually to ourselves the whole week.

Excellent! Location with wonderful views of the Bay and boat traffic. Very quiet. Well furnished and equipped. Property manager may deserve more than "5 Stars" in that she went "above and beyond" to assure that our needs were addressed as efficiently as possible. We have no hesitancy regarding dealing with Nikki again.

Great spot!

Excellent property (on the Bay) with everything needed for a very nice LBK stay. Quiet. Easy to relax but close to a lot of activity and several very good restaurants.

Beautiful condo! Awesome vacation area!

Check in was super easy, condo was super clean and looked just like the pictures. The lanai was perfect for all meals of the day. The pool was quiet and calm, views are amazing!! Cant wait to be back next summer!

Our host Nikki was fabulous! She answered all our questions and made things so easy for us, giving us all the information we needed. We had a great vacation and loved our unit! It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and had a great view of Sarasota Bay. The heated pool and hot tub was a real treat. We are hoping to make this an annual tradition! Thanks for everything Nikki! We fell in love with the screened lanai.... Never even used the main living space as this outdoor space was exactly what we were hoping for! Beautiful condo, great location, some of the cutest decorating tidbits I have seen and very comfortable. Even had a up close encounter with several Manatee down at the dock!!! The privacy of this location was idealic!!!

It’s all about the view!

Spectacular view of Sarasota Bay from living area and bedroom! Condo is updated and nicely decorated. Large TVs and a great mattress. Great location as well. Everything you need and more!

This was our second stay at this rental. The property is stunning. The condo is very nicely decorated and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and easy and Nikki is friendly and responsive to my questions. We love Longboat Key and want to return.

Nikki was wonderful to work with . We rented this property for next year . Views were spectacular and even had a Bald Eagle land in a tree close to us . Would recommend!
